@@hevchip741 Hi, it's 6 months later...hope you are doing well . I am from North Carolina, USA...wanted to tap in and say " I find much peace in watching THE FARM. The dogs and family make me laugh and cry. I have been watching since the beginning. My favorite story is the story of " Shadow"...and Bandit was my favorite because he would hide. He didn't want to go home. Sending smiles your way! Have a great day everyone!
As a retired teacher, the pack reminds me of a classroom of students. Where you asses each student's personality, strengths, and weaknesses. Then proceed to work accordingly with each individual student's needs.
Only half way through but I've got to say that the 2 things that have really struck me so far are: Ms Violet. I've recently watched videos of her as a puppy and all of the challenges she faced... with much courage I might add. Then... to watch her athleticism now is beyond amazing. When she is swimming she has no trouble keeping up with the others. Running around the pond and jumping over.... everything! I shudder to think what might have happened to her if not for your intervention. Diesel: It is mind blowing to watch the change in him. In the play area when Luke was throwing toys, Diesel so much wanted to participate but didn't have a clue how to join in. Then on the bush walk... he kept checking in with Luke and Sam both and is the most relaxed I have seen him. I wonder if you...Luke and Sam...truly know how much of a blessing you are to these critters that you have opened your home to.
Whoever adopts Chancey I hope they bring him back for holidays as I miss him already. He seems the happiest he has ever been and clearly loves his time with Luke. I hope Diesel's health situation isn't serious. He has been dealt a really hard start to life.
Chancey boy holds such a special place in my heart. I have been so happy when they decide to keep a dog (like Roscoe, Tank & Chopper) so that I can continue to see them each day through the Farm videos. I miss Neveah.
@@faunagraphy360 Nevaeh has her own TH-cam channel now Amy if it's any consolation. I hear you though...even as supporters of the channel from far away we can't help but invest in many of the dogs emotionally ❤️
Those boomer balls are crazy! I had a dog who didn't really want to do toys. I didn't know what to do. My Mom gave me an old boomer ball and it was my dog's favorite thing in the whole world🐶She finally had something that stimulated her mind and body. Made me happy too.
What a delightful day! Wolfie's continual joy and happiness warmed my heart. Chance leaning on Luke every chance he got to tell Luke: "I love you. You're mine, favorate human. I'm cuddling you." Roscoe's growls cracked me up. And time mark 1:24:41-55 in the foreground is Tilly in the back ground Chance is kissing Roscoe. Chance's transformation is inspiring. Fantastic filming, Sam!
Separate videos for Neil’s visit would probably be best to fit the algorithm, it sounded like you possibly had 3 or so long videos from that day anyway which would be great all round. Thank you to the lovely families who paid for Neil to visit ❤
I so hope that Chancey Boy's forever family have at least 23hrs every day, to be available to give this gorgeous big bundle of love their undivided attention with pats, hugs and cuddles 🤗
Lovely video such concerning news about diesel and Maggie. How lovely of the people to support Dr. Neil coming out to help at the farm and giving treatment to those who needed it and the assessment of the others. It probably was easier than transporting all the dogs to him. I wonder if that would be possible in the future. Hopefully Dr Neil would consider returning to work with the dogs at the farm again. Thank you Dr. Neil you are awesome
What amazing kind and generous viewers. Thank you for all your help. Thank you Niel for your help with these lovely soles. Also want to thank Sam and Luke for all your hard work. Blessings to you all.
The joy these beautiful animals bring to so many is contagious. Through their joy we are reminded of our own. All orchestrated by hound master Luke and divine helpmate Sam . So much love your way and to all in the " community" of dog lovers that have been brought here by following their heart. Dogs Rule OK!
Love Wolfies haircut, he looks like a real little man now. I hope the family that adopts Chance have children when the time comes, he truly loves the kids😍
Go Neil. I noticed Diesel's limp was gone, also that he's much closer in toward the other dogs and the action. He might just need the time to realise there are much more exciting things to be involved in. Other better things than his little obsessions/compulsions. So happy to see it.
I think Luke made an amazing observation that he was left alone on his own in the bush for a long time and his form of entertainment or sense of not being alone became the birds. There was no one else around, so he learned to focus there.🥲 Then his blood work comes back and it’s a liver enzyme. Causing other unusual behaviors …Amazing what they do.
Yeah, I noticed a couple of times when you were signing to Miss violet that some of the dogs reacted to the sign language too, so they’re clearly understanding it as well, which is great
My schnauzer Duncan had a liver shunt at 6 months old ,he was 10 years old last month and he still stands staring into the void at times but apart from that loving life. Great to hear you talking about these things ❤🐶🦊
I’m so glad Dr. Neil came out to do a day long group treatment! So many of them could use it. They work so hard! Lily’s really does show signs of an easier gait, more limber, and appears to have less discomfort these days. Love to see how absolutely loving Chance has become. He’s so much calmer than a few months back. I know you can’t keep all the dogs, but I will certainly miss that boy, and I think Luke will too. Chance is even becoming interactive with the rest of the pack. What’s the latest news on his pending adoption?
Chances boy is such a honey yep he grabbed the frisby from Freddo but when Fredo wanted it back he just let him have it no tug of war no growling nothing lov him. Mirelle UK xx
I just love Shadow’s hoarse little bark!!! I know you and Luke had a discussion a few videos ago of the staffy sisters being “ignorantly blissful”, but I really think a lot of their happiness is genetic. Shadow always has a smile on her face, and her excitement can be heard throughout most videos.🤣♥️💜
Shadow is Sam's shadow. She adores Sam. She often waits for Sam to catch up & on the walk she returns to her regularly. Shadow likes Luke, but she is Sam's girl. As an aside, a number of the dogs have put on condition. It looks like the feeding regime is working a treat.
Shadow's squeaky bark is beautiful, and her engagement with her Farm family is amazing, considering the very poor start she had. Was just rewatching the very scary video where Luke was assessing her initial bad socialisation and habits. What a difference a few months make with the right leadership (although in a later video, Luke mentions that Shadow needs daily correction, and slinks away to avoid it, so I expect she is still a handful behind the scenes). Shadow certainly has two beautiful daughters, Miss Violet and Miss Red ❤💜
Teaching Chance how to swim is like teaching a cannon. He does not have any fat to keep him afloat. Wolfie looks older with his hair cut and Luke looks younger with his. 💇🏻♂
Awww good to see Hope getting in their for pats, it amazing to see how far she has come. Diesel getting closer in towards the other doggo's people and what ever else is going on. Hearing about Chancey boy's magnificent muscular physique.........unfortunately causing him issues, and getting in there for lots of pats and attention. Rover boy just getting along with every one like a house on fire. As well as Maggie having some lovin. Good to see the amazing benefits just from being one of the pack of farm doggo's. I wish all dogs had a place like this to call home, but happy for these guys, they deserve it.
I noticed that Lily’s floppy ear is staying upright more and I wonder if it is from her treatments and she feels good. Awesome gift for Neal to come to the farm! Thank you to the ones who provided it! Bless you! ❤
Barnie s body confirmation is really getting beautiful as he's getting older and his health has just improved over the moon since he came to the farm.!
Always a treat learning about dog behavior from a dog behavior specialist. Interesting hearing Luke talk about signing to Maggie (guess it isn't surprising that the other dogs are starting to pick up on the hand-signal language).
OMW Ms Violet running around the dam and doing the leap of faith at the far back, that kid is a ball of courage, we had a blind Jack Russel with the same passion/swimming for life ❤💜

Yes, I miss him so much. Bandit is such a precious boxer boy ❤! I hope that Neil's therapy has helped him and he gets back at the Farm for a holiday soon.
February 1st and we get to look at Barney's adorable face on The Farm calendar. Diesel is learning dog friends are much more interesting than birds or his imagination. Love seeing Nova reconnecting with the pack.
Oh jealous Rosco ..and sweet sweet Chance ..Oh yes Diezel start feeling the love all around him…I see that ..absolutely beautiful…thank you for caring so much for each and every doggie ..blessed are your hearts
Best LOL moment: Chancey Boy swimming with Luke to the ramp then, without missing a beat, continuing straight outta the pool! OMG, I'm crying-laughing! 😂 Rosco's new nickname, JB (Jealous Boy) is perfection! And what is this? A big boy haircut for Wolfie? 🥰🥰🥰I. Just. Can't! 😊Another laugh: Wolfie with the hose in his mouth! It's been so much fun watching him grow up at the Farm. He's learned so much already and he's not even 2 yet! A final thought, I keep seeing Chance sitting next to/leaning into Luke, where you couldn't slide a hair between the two of them. In my HEAD, I know that giving Chance a different forever home, the likely subsequent relaxation of some of the pack, and the benefit of someone to love on him ALL the time makes perfect sense. But in my HEART, I can't stop wondering about his separation from Luke - his first "love" so to speak. Meaning, the first place he learned about love (how to BE loved, how TO love), and how much he has obviously grown to appreciate love. Their connection and incredibly strong bond is undeniable. How do you make him understand that the choice to give him a different forever home is purely out of love and wanting to give him a wonderful life and not abandonement? You guys are truly amazing. I couldn't do it. It makes me want to cry just thinking about it. You're going to have to issue a "trigger warning" whenever that Forever Home Day video airs, no matter how far in the future. I'll need to gather all my tissues (and I'm not a crier) and possibly a shot or two of Bailey's (and I don't even drink!). I'll definitely be ugly-crying that day. Until then, whenever "then" is, I'll take all the Chancey Boy that I can get! He makes my heart explode with joy!! ❤😊❤😊❤
@@nordseeistmordsee I agree I have faith and trust in the farm. And I have to believe he will go on to have a beautiful loved life. But I will at least for a while worry about him and miss him. But that's to be expected and is normal. But yes your right we have to have faith everything will work out for the best for Chance ❤️
I at least know Rosie will be happy, and able to move freely, I'm not sure how badly he attacked her those two times (he looks so sorry now 😭). But definitely will miss him! And hope he has a small pack himself!
These discussions are SO helpful. Those of us who rescue intentionally and keep the dogs forever whether we have 5 or 25 need to have information from other's experience to understand what we might be dealing with. Medical, nutritional and or behavioral. When to do something, when to wait. Thank you !
Rover and Chopper are determined to nab that red ball. Miss Violet is soooooo speedy around the Dam. I wonder how many laps she can do, and her times. Hope is having a great time, just beautiful to see. Sam you have the pack under control, who needs Luke 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. "You're mine Dad!!!!" sais Rosco. Tilly being coach on the sidelines. Poor Diesel, you wonder what is going on in his brain. Chance loves having his bum against Luke, I hope the injections work for him he must feel very uncomfortable. Has he got a bad sore on his left elbow????. Chance lets Luke know when he stops being loved. His redness is so obvious, I feel for him. Maggie is a very special little girl, she looks so gorgeous when Luke gives her the plan sign. Lily's got a bewdy this time. Shadow has the cutest body wiggle when she comes up to Sam. My father always said gums are dangerous to have near the house, that's why!!!!! I know Cutey Pie is okay but oh dear it really distresses me to hear her laboured breathing. Wow, the salad bar is open for business, so lush. Diesel has definitely improved, a long way to go but promising. Hope was still not completely sure about Luke giving her loving, but she's getting better. Maybe Diesel' s behaviour with man made structures are his way of coping when he was couped up in cages. He must get dehydrated, he doesn't come to the water buckets much. The pool the pool run🤗🤗🤗. Oooooh Wolfie's hair looks great. Be very very proud of yourselves Luke and Sam, you have created a perfect world for your kids. 😍😍😍💕💕💕. Cutey Pie is a devil, unfair advantage going for the hind quarters and under belly. Cheers Rosemary Perth Western Australia 72yrs
They used to have a few who did - not sure which ones exactly, a wee one indoors like a Shih Tzu mix. (I had those and a Standard poodle rescues that were a lot of work in the grooming dept.) 😂🐾💖
I think Chopper needs a floating ball with a small handle so he can grab it as it floats, too! Just so great to see how happy they all are together! Simply lovely! Thanks again, Sam! 🐾🐕🥰 sending love to all from CT, USA 🇺🇸 💜🐾🐕
So glad to see Diesel getting close to the pack, tough little Miss 💜in the pool holding her own. Darling Hope had a sploosh accidentally but another step forward 🧡. Shadow’s helium yip yip yip’s 🖤gets me ever time😂. Maggy May💕.Thank you for the update and all that you selflessly do 🧡💙🐾🐾
Darling Miss Violet zooming round the dam at full pelt just melts my heart, then she realises the others are running the other way so she turns round and runs after them, really hilarious. It is so good to see Diesel so engaged and close on the walks, like he is beginning to be part of the group and learning to belong. The relationship between Luke and Chance is heartwarming, he is the best ever body guard and so cuddlesome, makes your heart miss a beat. Such a delightful video, always brightening my day. Thank you. Much love and gratitude. Xx🙋💓🐾🐾
Yay, look at Hope! Coming in for real cuddles with Luke! So lovely to see her progress. And Diesel is starting to get the pack thing too now, isn't he? Great to see!
I truly love how Shadow checks in on Sam when doing bush walks, etc. I appreciated the discussion about Diesel & how that possibly relates to Mr. Yellow's condition - it was very informative.
Hope Diesel doesn't have any major medical or neurological issues. It's exciting to see him making progress in his interactions with you and the pack. Chance continues to grow and thrive; what a transformation.
Wolfie knows what he wants and goes to get it. Sam, you and Luke have a lot of fun coming your way - omg. I could almost hear Freddo's heavy sigh when he gave up his beloved red frisbee to Wolfie. What a good dog. Rosco sounds like the dragon, down in the dungeon of the castle. Loved the scan of the hills at the end, your farm is in such a lovely area.
Great viewing as usual. Would you mind giving Freddo a pat or two. I think he might be missing out on them. It’s very good to see Diesel slowly integrating into the pack. He’s a good boy. Wish Diesel could learn to turn off. Being hyper all of the time is not a good feeling. I still suffer from being hyper aware myself. Thank you for showing all of the beauty of The Farm. Much appreciated. May you all please take care and stay safe.
Re diesel, id say both chemical and psychological. The fact that he doesn't switch off.. wasn't he kept in a space surrounded by an electric fence? The electric fence would have been on 24/7. Wouldn't a dog be able to hear this frequency?? And imagine him trying to sleep but still the electric fence that surrounds him is on...all the time.. Poor little guy...
The three TOUGH dogs: Freddo - afraid of storms, Chance - afraid of swimming, Rosco - afraid of baths... Miss Violet - FEARLESS!!!
She's my hero!
Truth! Lol
So true, but all so loved.
Oh my goodness so true! 💕

I wonder how many other viewers are as highly amused as I... Today in particular the sound effects of Cutiepie are spectacular :D
Chance's swimming face and Cutie Pie's gremlin sounds are the highlights of this video XD
😆😆😆
It is good to see Diezel being more involved with the pack, he really is a good dog 🐕 ❤️❤️❤️ and to see him making some progress is heart warming 🤗
💯😂💖🐾
Totally👍
Love these dogs but I really miss Bandit.
I’m really missing Bandit boy too. I’ve got my fingers crossed that he will be up for a holiday soon.
I do as well.
Yes, I miss him so much. Bandit is such a precious boxer boy ❤! I hope that Neil's therapy has helped him and he gets back at the Farm for a holiday soon.
So do I!
Bandit needs a holiday soon. It will make ME hapoy. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Excited that Desial is starting to join in and play with the other dogs.🥰
Sorry Diesel.
I love Maggie's sign language. She really is a beautiful Boxer. Another happy Farm dog.😂
Shadow's 'bronchitis'-like bark gets me every time. lol
I can't lie it's going to break my dam heart a little :-(
It's gonna be as wonderful as it is for Nevaeh when the perfect humans come along to snatch this beautiful soul away. Just don't worry 🥰
Ditto
I at least know Rosie will be happy, and able to move freely, I'm not sure how badly he attacked her those two times (he looks so sorry now 😭). But definitely will miss him! And hope he has a small pack himself!
No fear miss Violet always, in the middle of the fun even when she was really tiny always right in the heart of things .#nofear
So much fun to see Miss Violet and Miss Red going full out! No worries!
Shadows bark sounds like a squeaky toy haha
I'd love a translation of Shadow's barks!!
Bahhhh. That’s good ❤️
Sounds like Shadow is barking herself hoarse 😂
I have a feeling her previous owners tried to have her debarked
I agree with the notion her vocal cords were cut.
@@One_Crazy_Dog_Mum wait..what.
Debarked is a thing .. people do that that ????
@@heathergibson2108 unfortunately one of the many atrocities for human convenience 😣
@heathergibson2108 sadly yes and vets do it. Terrible....
Seeing Wolfies haircut made me think in all the 20 + dogs at the farm none of them need their coats clipped. Quite incredible
They used to have a few who did - not sure which ones exactly, a wee one indoors like a Shih Tzu mix. (I had those and a Standard poodle rescues that were a lot of work in the grooming dept.) 😂🐾💖
Loved seeing Nova in the pool chasing the Swiss ball💚
Is that the new boxer?
@@kathyhoutami Nova, the boxer, is there on holidays, she’s ex-daycare dog.
@@lynhumphries7315 ahhhh thank you. Was wondering. Such a gorgeous boxer.
How good to see Diesel coming in for a pat!🐾 can’t wait to see how his journey continues. 💕
So glad to see Diesel getting close to the pack, tough little Miss 💜in the pool holding her own. Darling Hope had a sploosh accidentally but another step forward 🧡. Shadow’s helium yip yip yip’s 🖤gets me ever time😂. Maggy May💕.Thank you for the update and all that you selflessly do 🧡💙🐾🐾
Oh, I love Chances boy, wish he could stay on the farm!
And he will if no one comes forward.🥰
@@ChrisInPa16123 and wohoo…there are two very interested and very qualified potential adopters wanting Chance. 😊
@@KBirch53 Did not hear that before? He deserves the best life possible!💞
Xx🙋💓🐾🐾
So glad to hear Neil is coming out to the Farm!!! He sure does helpful therapy for the dog's 💙👋🏼❤️
Love watching all the dogs enjoy the salad bar ( grass )
Yay, look at Hope! Coming in for real cuddles with Luke! So lovely to see her progress. And Diesel is starting to get the pack thing too now, isn't he? Great to see!
Not just for our four legged friends but to our two legged friends, sign language is picked up earlier than verbal commands. Etc
3:50 MIss Violet Jumping with joy.
It's like the dam walls are her race track.
I truly love how Shadow checks in on Sam when doing bush walks, etc. I appreciated the discussion about Diesel & how that possibly relates to Mr. Yellow's condition - it was very informative.
Oh Miss Violet your zest for life is wonderful to watch💕
Chance prefers parcel opening and cuddles, he’s not to keen in exercise 😂
