The fact that she not only has a fierce rivalry with Leiden, another woman and then would attack Mabel (one of the best girls) just for ignoring her and talking to Grimm instead really shows that she is full of it and completely insane. It really goes to show that being consumed by one's own extremist views makes one just as bad or even worse than what evil they wanted to oppose more so if they had less than moral and just reasons from the beginning.
