- The plaintiff dated the defendant, who she claims turned out to be a player. The plaintiff alleges she purchased a computer and camera with the agreement the defendant would pay, but he didn’t, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he agreed to pay for the camera but not the computer.
