this album aged so well i loved it when i came out that’s all i listened to for like a month or 2 straight my personal favorite is die4guy and punk monk
You guys are holding on to the thought of what Carti is supposed to sound like instead of letting him grow as an artist. F1lthy also had great production and basically produced all the moshpit songs on the album, very underrated producer
@@NFRPodcast honestly bro don’t hate me. Jump out the house, control, new tank and vamp anthem. I hate go to the moon shoulda never went to album. Stop breathing grew on me. Both of them. Don’t give up yet its fire
u guys cant see classics before they age into them , u just said the exact same thing about pink tape but even worse ' too long' ' unlistenable ' u guys only want safe mainstream sounds
i liked rockstar made, stopbreathing, teenx, new tank, new neon, place, over, and sky I liked the idea behind what this album was supposed to be, but that's all i liked. I agree when you say the quality is lacking although there are some songs that were successful. I think this is extremely innovative and could've have been a classic album if he refined this sound and didn't wait so long to drop it
I feel like this is going to be his yeezus everyone hates it at first then it becomes a cult classic. I also think he will drop a deluxe with all the leaks we wanted on it.
I love your guys' channel but I hate this review, very disappointed in you guys for not being able to see how progressive this album is. The shear emotion Carti is displaying touches my soul and I believe it'll go down as an album that influences future artists. If you know about the underground and the tread scene you'd understand
Merry Christmas to you guys, not a big fan of Carti, not at all but the album has nice production, only one I can tolerate which is "Storm" but it was an uneasy album in my opinion that I felt more than 15 tracks will lose some of the listener's attention even for me (unless you put a LOT of work that doesn't feel like an 20 something 1 hour long album) Example: Outkast put out albums that each tracks felt very well place and match with one to another including the interludes.
Merry Christmas to you as well brother. The production is really nice, but i totally agree with the abundance of tracks.. should’ve definitely contained fewer tracks
Looking back at this in 2024 when MUSIC is on the verge of release (so hyped), I totally agree with what they are saying. WLR isn’t bad, but theres a ton of bloat and I see how many people enjoy it bc of the energy, production, etc., but his other projects are just better
everyone’s saying it’ll grow on ppl but I don’t feel that way at all, it doesn’t have the play back appeal.. better sequencing and revision would’ve made this great.
