A lovely video of my homecountry, thank you for showing it. Next time you come to Mittenwald come at the time of "Almabtrieb", when the Farmers get the cowns down from the mountains. They are all wearing ornaments made of flowers and it is really nice to watch. Also don't forget to visit the gorge. There is a bit where you have to PayPal, but if you go up the mountain a bit further, it is all fot free.

Well, thank you so much for getting yourselves out of the cosey van on Christmas morning! .... iv'e seen some of the pics you uploaded to Insta .... & Ooooohhh myyyyyy Goddddd guys (as someone would say), Lake Eibsee is flipping amazing!! The reflections in the early misty morning air was well worth getting up for Chris! & Charlene .... you are entitled to have a lay in on Christmas morning sweetie! (clever how Chris tempted you out with a few pica though)!! Drone footage (as always) is superb, I never tire of watching it - I really love video captured whilst flying backwards! & the way those lodges are spaced-out in the valley is amazing!! Thank you soooo much once again both of you - for not just this Christmas day VLOG, but for all the videos & stills you have posted in 2022 (via whatever means) :) ..... Super - glad to hear it ! 😀 The free parking for Eibsee is around this spot: exploratory.troubles.join ... head there early because it fills up fast. If you're with a van and need a place to sleep there was another spot on the main road about 15 minutes away - very quiet at night ! We use an app Park 4 Night mostly for that

Such beautiful scenery! Love how everything looks so clean and well-kept in the villages that you enter, and the paintings on the houses and businesses. I visited Oberammergau while serving in the US Army and was impressed with all the houses that were painted. Wish I could go back to enjoy it more! Safe travels to you guys.
