For most of my teenage years my mother thought I was depressed, and in a gang cause I stayed in my room, and I always wore black. I just found it so mysterious, and Beautiful. Once I asked a roommate of mine what her ex Husbands name was. It just popped into my head to ask...she started crying and told me that his birthday was tomorrow...He had died. I felt lead to tell her that he was alright, and at peace. She got pissed at me, cause she thought that I was using her pain as a joke. I told him; I told you she wouldn't believe me! This is starting to resonate with me I am just so people understand I have been ridiculed for saying things for most of my life my husband‘s by my parents, by my siblings. I remember being quite young maybe eight and being told you can’t say that. My father was an active addiction and I was one of the kids that told the truth and of course the biggest hallmark of an addiction is to lie. I eventually started covering everything up, not speaking my mind, hiding the truth from everyone and everything. And then I started a new job and I decided that I was done lying. When people ask me how I was I told him the truth, they stopped asking. I didn’t cover up for my husbands embellishment of the truth and he really hated that. He actually told me once early on that I should just go along with what he said. So I stopped covering up and lying and then has been number two came around and it was actually worse than husband number one. Husband number two had spent a lifetime of lying and in order to get along, I shut up again. I do not lie at work and I do not lie to my friends. I still lie to my children to protect them from their father. I don’t want to tarnish his memory in their eyes.

I start classes in the fall for psychology and counseling. But I have to figure out how to balance it with the fact that I "affect" people when I talk to them. Before I started to ascend I had to isolate myself in order to avoid drawing in the wrong types of people cuz I struggled with people pleasing. Now that I can see the difference and my energy has risen I realized my calling to start a nonprofit organization for abused and neglected people. So the right people get the right help without government, or political oversight. And you are absolutely right about releasing expectations.
