Interesting that Tristan claimed recently that Andrew and Luana have never met and never spoken to eachother

Has this channel done any reporting on the criminal complaints that the Tate brothers filed after this April raid? They filed criminal complaints against Aliona and Emma for false accusations. Their American lawyer, Tina Glandian, said on American television last Friday (the Tucker Carlson Tonight program) that few people know about those charges, but there is supposedly an ongoing investigation still.
How did the Romanian authorities let them leave the country and not make any attempt to get them back? We are beginning to believe the women colluded with the prosecutor. How can they be credible as”victims” of human trafficking? Emma was only in Romania for six days.

False accusations are punished with a fine or up to 3 years in prison, usually the first option, I've never heard of preventive measures ordered for anyone doing this. It could be simple as that or the girls were trafficked further, sent in other countries, as pmps and vi deo chat studio owners use to sell or switch the girls between them to refresh the flock. We don't know the full picture, just speculating based on available information. If there's proof they have been trafficked 6 years or even 6 hours, girls are deemed victims by The UN Trafficking In Persons Protocol and treated as such by the judge. Criminal complaints filed against Emma and Aliona in April would just increase prison time for Andrew and Tristan.

@@wfre5 There is no evidence that either Emma or Aliona were ever trafficked by anyone. Emma, who was only in Romania six days, has a history of accusing men of victimizing her, although she appears to have claimed that Aliona masterminded the attempt to blackmail the Tates. Aliona was a stripper in a London club when Andrew met her.
Do you know why the criminal complaints for false accusations are still listed as “ongoing investigations”? Apparently the Romanian police never investigated them at all, because Emma and Aliona took a vacation together on the French Riviera right after they left Romania, and then went to London together.

@@cyclonejane "There is no evidence that either Emma or Aliona were ever trafficked by anyone." None we have free access to at this point, before trial starts. In judge's reasoning of pre-trial detention extensions the women are referred to as "victims." Only prosecutors and judges are allowed to see all gathered proof until day 1 in court. This appellative won't change unless the victims drop their complaints or choose to not testify in court (become witnesses, which is reversible back to victims if they change their minds). Women's past doesn't matter, if Andrew used the loverboy method and put them in front of a cam without legal work contracts, he's fried. EU judicial system punishes the perpetrator, not the victim, if you think those criminal complaints against women the authorities have received while actively wiretapping Tate's moves hold any weight, you're in for a big surprise. As for vacationing on the French Riviera and London, these are two hotspots for high-class prost itution, none of the women went there for fun & leisure, they were trafficked further by Tates or associates or ...they were part of a spec ial operation meant to take said mafia rings down. Look at the dates: www.europol.europa.eu/media-press/newsroom/news/crackdown-human-traffickers-in-france-and-romania AND www.eureporter.co/crime/2023/02/09/biggest-sex-trafficking-ring-in-europe-shut-down/

@@wfre5 I will check the URLs you offer, but let me thank you now for your reply. I don't understand how you can know all you know if no one is allowed to see the evidence, but I also don't think it matters. It was obvious from the immediate seizure of all his assets that Andrew Tate is "fried," as you put it.
English is my native language, and "accuser" is a more accurate term than "victim" when no crime has been proven, but I understand that none of those distinctions exist in Romania. Someone else told me that the term "victim" isn't actually used in the documents, that the six women named in the originally demand for detention were called "witnesses," but again, it doesn't really matter. And the fact, that two of them insisted that they were NOT victims didn't matter, either. So, as you say, Andrew Tate is fried.
It's ironic that, a few months ago, most people in the world couldn't find Romania on a map and associated it with nasty things like Dracula, totalitarianism, and Ceaucescu. Then Andrew Tate said all those nice things about the beauty of the countryside and the people, and (at least here in America) people began to say they wanted to visit Romania. Soon, Americans will only think of Romania as the place that fried Andrew Tate. A strange saga.
      Thanks again.

@Cyclonejane I've just explained the difference between "victim "and "witness" in the previous reply. Andrew has victims (when speaking of trafficking in persons charges, Aliona is a victim), Andrew has witnesses (Jasmina, who is a victim by UN law but registered as a witness in trial phase because she's chosen to not testify against Andrew. She could change her mind anytime, no problem), Andrew has accusers (ex Romania as a state when tax evasion and money laundering charges kick in) and so on. Nothing is obvious from the immediate seizure of assets, it's standard procedure. Alex Bodi for example was released from house arrest (same trafficking charges) and had his assets given back, there's a lot of cardiothoracic surgeons in Tate's jail and in Iasi City jail as we speak (all accounts and properties seized as well), nothing is really set in stone. As you must've seen, this morning Tate brothers were hit with seizure right in their crypto wallet. Investigation is reaching the real target, as predicted. Useless to still cling on the g rpe story at this point. The Dubai "friends" are going to make things harder for the brothers, ramp up the internet scandal and unrest as they are themselves dragged into Interpol investigations.
Legal documents, laws and official statements are not the same thing with tv entertainment shows provided by Tucker Carlson or Sneako, no matter how many times they pronounce the word “news.”
As for Romania, it hasn’t even attended the biggest tourism fair in the world this year (happening right in the hood) because they count on all the blue haired feminists in the world to land in Bucharest just to take a picture with Rahova prison in the background this summer.
