No one seems to care about anything besides doing the minimum to get the check for the weekend. we are not grumpy.. we are happier than a motherfucker regardless of how much we make because we feel useful and resourceful when it is pressure time and we fail less. yall just think we are grumpy but really its just impatience from incompetence like being stuck behind a slow driver on the freeway. if we do fail we learn faster because we dont blame others for our mistakes. lazy people are narcissistic and cant take accountability and manipulate coworkers and are subordinate to authority. there is system in place and lackadaisical humans have no regard nor understanding of that system. these people resort to excess socializing to sharpen their charisma to pass as more sophisticated than reality and rely on emotional abuse to acquire leverage to maintain their position. if you feel the urge to say its not that deep just dont respond.

I’ve been in management off and on (mostly on) for nearly 20 years. The funny thing about people like this cat (you’ll find people like this at nearly every job and nearly every industry ) is typically, management can’t stand them and I learned to never trust them. They alienate themselves from everyone. Before long, they start acting and speaking to fellow employees as though they were the boss. I’ve even had them come after my job by lying repeatedly and trying to make me look bad to upper management. One big reason I got out of management for good a year ago and never looked back. I enjoy and am very good at administration. I’m a puzzle solver by nature. But managing people is increasingly not worth the paycheck or the headaches and ulcers.
