Julianna-I really think these are the keys: For MEE: Headings, underline, use the word HERE and BECAUSE-make it simple for the bar grader. No Conclusions without a BECAUSE next to it. Bar graders are paid per page!! so want to flip through quickly as possible. MPT: Many don't do these enough, hope you agree...it is mid-March, I am doing 1 performance timed test per day. I will put one a one computer and do the MPT on word on the other. I think the MPT is the key to the exam really. Hope you agree with these.

Thank you for this! I've literally been sitting here comparing the bar prep courses and I'm going a little nuts. Everyone is doing Themis, but my intuition is telling me not to, even though it's cheaper. I don't mind the cost, I budgeted for bar prep starting 1L, I just want to find something that works for me and pass on the first try lol.
