Nice rooster tail. Hydraulic transom lift with set back? Had a stream vector with 2.4 mod with hydraulic Jack plate and did not pull a tail that good with engine peeing water .
You don’t even need a jack plate to kick a rooster tail. My boat can kick a rooster tail just from trimming it up and it’s not even a bass boat. It’s not that big but still. Rooster tails do nothing performance wise there’s no point in wasting money on a jack plate if that’s the only reason you’re getting it.
@Pirhanna69 And lose speed too. To much positive trim wastes power and actually slows you down. You can only lift your boat so much, then you starting losing speed, and cavitate.
watch from :30 to :40 seconds as he purposely raises the motor. u can watch it tilt. and the front of the boat didnt lift any while the motor did. you lose power by tilting your motor to the point of a rooster tail because now as the water flies up, the motor has less to push on
@@UltraMagaFan I know what it is. It’s called a VRO pump & it mixes the oil with gas BEFORE it reached the carburetors. I have a 1995 Fast Strike 150 with the original VRO pump on it. Still works as it should. There are ZERO fuel or oil injectors on the Fast Strike motors. Unless it says FICHT INJECTION. Most commonly known as a “Ram Rude”
