Hi Jay, I don't feature the Bloom by Brooklyn Bedding because it has a 1" layer of poly foam as the bottom layer. EcoSleep is a Brooklyn Bedding company that features two hybrid mattresses. The Ecosleep Hybrid: www.naturalmattressfinder.com/recommends/ecosleep-hybrid/ and the Ecosleep Luxe Hybrid: www.naturalmattressfinder.com/recommends/ecosleep-luxe-hybrid/. These mattresses are not certified organic, but they are mostly natural. Note that the Luxe hybrid model has a .25-inch polyurethane foam base whereas the Ecosleep hybrid model does not. If you're looking for a natural latex mattress and aren't too concerned with 3-rd party certifications, I recommend the Ecosleep Hybrid: www.naturalmattressfinder.com/recommends/ecosleep-hybrid/
@@NaturalMattressFinder I contacted Brooklyn Bedding about the Bloom Hybrid just recently to find out more about just these very mattresses in comparison. They also use GMO soy glue within the mattresses. I asked specifically about the glue since she said it was soy based and non toxic. They said all of their mattresses are non-toxic even their foam models and they are certified by CertiPUR-us for their foams. I just don’t know if the soy glue would off gas anything if it’s Genetically Modified (which I don’t particularly like) even though it’s natural and non toxic?
Great information. Thank you!
Latex only on first layer, don buy 5,6,inci latex bed
