Just give him a reference image how that character is supposed to look like and he can definitely compare it side by side with Connor's cosplay.
Japanese reviewers can be a bit different and say harsh things. I was supposed to be living in Japan in 2020 before COVID19 happened and pretty much every restaurant near the unit was 2-3 stars on google reviews. I think they mentioned on Trash Taste a while back that the only places that get 4-5 stars in Japan regularly are the really high end restaurants.

It's like if two brothers went on a date, and I've never thought I would experience such a thing.
Vaguely reminds me of that time some japanese dude wanted to buy a castle in germany, deconstruct it brick-by-brick, then ship it to Japan and rebuild it in a themepark.
For obvious reasons Germany did not agree to that, so they just build a copy of the castle there instead.
Fun fact: this literally happened to the London bridge, some dude bought it and shipped it's exterior bricks to Arizona and had it rebuilt there.

Oh wow. Connor has come a long way from doing budget cosplay reviews, manga dubs, and almost no CAH character voice videos. No lie, Kyoto is the one city in Japan I want to visit if I had to only choose one.

Pub should be Pont Derwyn or Oakbridge. There are names which mix the two languages but Pont Oak just sounds weird, like a name pulled out of a hat for a new subdivision.
