The lighting in old games on the 360 was perfect nowadays games look way too colourful and people think that makes a game better looking when all it does is make it look unrealistically bright and colourful
i was playing gears of war 2 once guardian and i went into that tower where the red bombs respond and i stepped in with the nasher and like blew two dudes faces off then shottied another then nine irorned his head and it was bad ass everything went into slow mo and even the players there were like WTF in the after on the lobby
I've said it for years that the graphics on 3 are amazing. Yes 4 and 5 obviously have better. But thats simply because they were built on the newer engine for newer hardware. But Gears 3 has the most IMPRESSIVE graphics if that makes sense? Just because of how great it looked on inferior hardware. On the series x with auto hdr turned on, it looks unbelieveable. The lighting is just insanely good
No. change nothing only the graphics and audio. The retro and Sawed off were able to be countered easily. Players just needed to learn to not push whoever has that loadout and use a hammerburts and pick them off at a distance

@Walshy94 the sawed off isn't good anymore, and the retro Lancer and Lancer both have draw backs and upsides.
