Here's the title song from my new five track EP, which includes four other newly remastered tracks. You hear a lot about the benefits of gratitude these days. Personally I've found trying foster an outlook of gratitude beneficial in looking after my own mental health and wellbeing. It's not always easy in a world where algorithms and some of the media pick out the most cynical posts and the worst news to focus on. I hope enjoy the song and the video.
