This is so beautiful. I was trying to find the alcohol markers but having issues. Will pretty much any of the alcohol markers work. I especially love the cells 🥰. Thank you for sharing this technique.
@@CreatingwithLindyRae make sure when you are doing it to pull the nib on the broad side NOT the fine tip! Add just a few drops of alcohol then let sit on their side over night. Some you may have to do it again depending on how dry they are
I don't see why not but I have to be honest and say I've never tried either one for this technique. I know alot of people use the minwax polyurethane instead of quick coat so that could be an option for you as well 🙂
I'm sure you could, I just don't know about the spritzing with alcohol part. The only advice I can give is to just try it, you never know. It just might work and if it doesn't - remember, it's just a cup! 🙂❤️
Yes ma'am. I can't remember all the glitters I used. There were so many lol. It's on my website if you want to take a closer look at it 🙂. www.bumblebirdglitters.com
Hi Machelle 🙂. First let me say, I'm not an expert with these markers. I've only used them a few times. Some mistakes you can fix by just going over it again. It's hard to say because I'm not sure what the mistake is but I, personally, would think you could treat it just like the alcohol inks that come straight out of the bottle and wipe it off with 91% alcohol. If that didn't work then I would reapply my base color and start over. I hope that helps 🙂💕
I'm so sorry. It can be tricky sometimes lol. You could try the hinge method, where you cut a strip off the backing paper and then place it back down. You can see me use that in my blacklight inspired tumbler video. There's also the Windex method. I've never used that one but I know alot of people swear by it. It'll take some practice but you'll find the method that works best for you! 😉
I ordered 30 rolls of nail foils and 10 rolls of nail tape! I can’t wait. Still haven’t started a cup yet, but I’m getting closer.
So beautiful. I will try this!
Have fun with it!

That’s beautiful

@@CreatingwithLindyRae can I use alcohol inks instead of markers to make this?
Someone commented on here saying that's how they did it. I haven't tried it that way but I'm sure dabbing it on with a piece of a sponge would work 🙂
Oh my word, your cup was absolutely stunning.. WOW WOW WOW..
Thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous!I admire the patience you have.
Thank you! It does take alot but in the end it was worth it 🙂❤️

Can you use DecoArt top coat as a sealer or mod Podge?
I don't see why not but I have to be honest and say I've never tried either one for this technique. I know alot of people use the minwax polyurethane instead of quick coat so that could be an option for you as well 🙂
Can't I use just regular colored markers? I will epozy with glitter afterwards

Did you make the one (in earth tones) that you showed in the beginning of this video? I love the colors and would like to recreate it. 👍💜

Beautiful happy accident with the glitter!! It's a gorgeous tumbler!!
Most definitely a happy accident! Thank you!
What is the black tape you have on the tumbler ?
Hi Zoe 🙂. It's removable vinyl
I have a question about the markers. They say that they are permanent on Amazon. What happens if you make a mistake 🤔 How can I person correct it 🤔

I tried making this tumbler and let’s just say it was a mess because I could NOT get vinyl to lay straight 😂😩
