    Existing cable which i am using voltage dropps from 220 to 170 while starting motor,
    Meter connection i have got for 2kw.
    This is overhead connection,
    Without any other wire.

    As depth of cable ur selecting from chart 1050 Meter and that sqmm of cable how can we decide that 70 sqmm. after correction factor calculation only we can decide sqmm of cable on wht basis or consideration we are taking 70 sqmm before calculating correction factor

    One question I have is that for calculating full load current will the current be divided by k factor value or will it be multiplied by k factor value beacuse k factor is correction factor means it is derating the cable current depending on certain parameters so full load current should reduce and for that we should multiply the current by k factor. This is my assumption, please correct if I am wrong.

    Good endeavor. But, to calculate voltage drop, why current be multiplied by root three? In star mode, phase voltage equals line voltage.

    Some industry is maintaining a power factor of 0.95 and if we are to choose wire size then we take solar load into consideration. e.g. if we have a 50 kw solar project then Solar load will be at a max not more than 50kw and power factor will be maintained. So can we chose the wire size on that basis or we will have to consider PF as 0.8 for all cases. Plz clear.

    Sir apne resistance, reactance ka value galt le liya he . Apne Resistance liya he 0.6 jabki multi core aluminum cable ka Resistance he 0.568 ohm he .
    Reactance apne 0.1ohm liya he jabki aluminum multi core cable ka Reactance 0.07 he.
    Please explain if I am wrong
