Great set Bradley, thanks for sharing it. Although I only know Gordon Duncan through his CDs your playing style strongly reminded me of him, so if it's your plan to follow in his (musical!!!) footsteps you're certainly heading in the right direction.
Grand, does have a Fred Morrison feel to his music like another comment said. The competition world should open up to having flats and sharps in its music instead of treating them as 'false notes'.
All of the C naturals and slurs are absolutely beautiful in context. Bravo.
By the way, are your pipes made by Starck? They have the look as well as the overtones of that maker.
@@KlorpusI thought that to
The last tune feels like it captures our youth and struggle with loving the instrument and music

Wow! You are INCREDIBLE! This is such a relevant and new sound. This fusion is magical. Bravo!

Hi Bradley, is there anywhere I can purchase the music for the first time?
Hi. I want the music of this tune. Any body help me
@bradleyparkermusic what's your setup for this set?
Maiseach!
Brilliantly executed, but . . . can a highland bagpiper who uses a C natural be truly called a "traditional" musician?
I think you’ve got the wrong context here. Would you class yourself as a traditional musician, chum?
Let's hear you play then ya big eejit
Maybe play the note C correctly?
otherwise excellent embellishments, -- The fake C really throws it off.
then it wouldn't match the key of the chord in the piano, and it would stand out worse
It’s called a “C Natural”, it’s an actual note and there’s nothing wrong about it, nothing “fake” about it you sped.
It’s cross-fingering. Not part of the normal scale for pipes. C Nat is an accidental in the scale
I remember when it was taboo to play a C natural. Oh how times have changed.
The C natural is what gives the entire piece the melancholy feel due to the minor 3rd in the scale! It would be a totally different piece without it.
