You cannot switch AMC
Ex: You cannot shift from SBI mutual funds to Abitya birla mutual fund.
But you can switch schemes in on AMC.
EX: if you want to shift from once scheam to other in the same SBI mutual fund (AMC) that is possible

Instead of increasing in this, I suggest you to consider one more fund (large cap theme or mid cap theme) in addition to this small cap. Because small caps are too much volatile. Your earnings potential is high but Risk is high too.
