Practicing for past ten years in Kanpur City and have opened a full service office for Taxation, Civil and Criminal Laws. I cater to my city only and Appellate cases arising from KNP before AllHC and allied tribunals.
Problem: Juniors dont want to stay in District and work for longterm. Investing in human resource in form of teaching as well as good pay only to loose them to brain drain and then again repeat the process.
How to overcome this management problem in my office?

You should start with District courts to gain comprehensive and better understanding of the legal system which would certainly be helpful while practising in Higher Courts at a later stage. During initial years of practice try to gain as much as knowledge and experience as possible by having multiple exposures. Then; you may decide a particular area on the basis of experience and exposure.
