On the standings tab, click on the little cog and sort Highest to Lowest. It's easier to look at and watch the standings go up rather than that disorganized list.
Awesome vid, helped out a lot. I have a Jita trade/Indy alt who can use a BR/DST and I've always wanted to be able to run lvl4 Distribution missions while I wait for market orders to fill. Never did it because of the grind, this will definitely help reduce the grind!

Someone who has VERY good standings with 2 factions but VERY bad standings with the other 2 to the point of them immediately attacking you when entering their systems in highsec (less than -7). There is very little info regarding the "correction" of standings if you did not manage them correctly from the start or even if you didn't start with the guide as per your video.
I did this for Minmatar standings about a year ago, got both my Minmatar and Gallente standings way up. Minmatar was well over 5.0 and Gallente was like 4.5 if I'm remembering right... it wasn't much of a grind to get Gallente to 5.0+ at that point anyway. Amarr and the Caldari weren't super happy with me, but they were very fixable. I have continued to do things the Amarr don't like so it's not all that easy for me to fix them anymore, but Caldari will be getting fixed soon for better tax rates in Jita.

Running that mission chain three times has long been misunderstood. There were better guides a long time ago that told you to go and get all three certificates before turning them in. You get credit and standing for turning all three in. Unfortunately, a lot of the good guides are gone. I had to scour the Internet with and without the wayback machine and downlaod them as PDF.

do the career agents for every school for the factions you want to raise standings with then you won't have to spend as much on tags and before you start get social to the highest level you can possibly get it as fast as possible
You can repeat the Sisters of EVE epic arc The Blood-Stained Stars every three months for a good standing gain with any of the 4 empires. It is possible to get over 5.0 standing with all 4 empires so you can run level 4 missions anywhere. Search for "The Ploy" on the EVE University Wiki. IGN: Rochembeau
o/ IGN Smitty Uitra I don't think you covered this in the video but does this work for pirate factions also? I noticed when I was flying through Fountain the other day the symbol that those agents had on the overview in that space. There were 2 if I remember correctly. Also I look forward to your videos since coming back to the game. Hopefully the change that you are talking about don't mean you are going to stop making videos.
if the pirate faction's standings increase with the empire standings, then yes. The graph in the description shows how the factions standings are connected. From the looks of it, if you increase Caldari/Amarr you also get Mordu's Legion standings. If you do Gallente/Minmatar, you get ORE & SoE standings. The other pirate factions will either have their standings go down or be unchanged. I hope that helps. And no the change isnt about stopping, just a different style of play :D
I’m like minus 3 at least gallente standings so I can’t do soe epic arcs as if I stand around too long in a gallente system I will get blapped…very frustrating as I love doing mission running

I believe that, at least the missions, also give you penalties for those factions that are not on friendly terms with the one you are doing? You can balance it out and just to make sure, if I am correct, not just run others into the ground while bumping another up. Not sure about the insignias or if those just affect the factions you are looking for?
its very convoluted lol lots of factions standings are tied with others. There is a link in the description that shows that kind of info, but its still didnt really help me lol
The gallente is an ally to minimitar against the amarr who is an ally to caldari in fw. So it’s pretty much Amarr+caldari vs minimitar+gallente. I wonder if it’s possible to get +5 with everyone
You can, the thing you need to do is avoid missions which want you to kill a certain faction. And hope you don't get unlucky and get given back to back faction kill missions.
I’m -9.35 for Gallente, but it’s -5.48 with max diplomacy. Can’t even fly in Gallente space without getting blown up, so how can I get it up without access to their space and agents?
You can increase your standings with the minmatar and that should affect it. The only way to get standings that low is if you are accepting L4 missions that have you kill gallente ships so you have to be careful of that
@@eventon9372 right. When I was still newer and was running tons of lvl 4 missions in 2010, I would always grind those missions. Last few days I have been running lvl 1 distribution missions cause I always have to be on the move or else the will pop me. Some effect Gallente + so now I’m at -5.3, so I’ll keep doing that until I get high enough to do lvl 1 security missions quickly.

It really bugs me that you can't keep all standings high. I've done it through missioning for the most part instead of the 1 time things, just in case I want a fast change at a later date. @@creivenjagger8948 Look up "faction reputation repair plan". There is an old archived forum thread that leads to the old wiki where there is a guide on how to repair your standings if you're below 5.0.
You can raise your standing but you need to have someone run them and share the standings gain, so either a good friend or someone you are paying, people used to offer this as a service, used to be in forums, long time back when you needed standing to anchor a POS. It still works the sharing bit, gains are quick and I think once you get -2 you can use a level 1 agent??
I know you can get 2 of the empires up to 6.0 (Amarr/Caldari & Minmatar/Gallente respectively). But getting ALL to 6 isnt possible with this technique alone. I think it would take a ton of standings juggling but it could be possible.

Agreed. This is for those that are impatient and have the isk to spare right away. Though it is nice to have this as an option.

yup! these agents are hard to find and there is nothing in the game that points you into the direction of 'data center' agents either.

i tested with Caldari and Amarr, tested with both and can not get higher 2.8 standing. It's not worth with those tags they selling on market
