Regarding the missing documentation - I wonder if the AG had any evidence or opinion as to whether the missing documentation was deleted or destroyed as we have reports that a considerable amount of emails were deleted by a certain civil servant.

I worked in accounting for 45 years and if we were audited you better have all your ducks in a row. This is disgusting but I have heard from people that went from corporate to government said that civil servants did half the job.
