The price is too low.9000 rupees per sq ft. Addl 1000 extra for cup boards and kitchen Cabinet. The price should be increased to atleast 1 25 crore which may be affordable to middle class.

There are lot of hidden matters when you buy a Flat in India. All these are involved by the builder, Muncipality/ corporation , other authorities supposed to keep law and order. So no way you can notice, even if you notice ,you will not be able to do anything against their political and financial power. 90% of all those purchased the flats or Villas are unhappy but none of them will admit this and they will all try to get you in traps. Some owners will connive with builders and try to rob you again. Check the construction ,area, cost other hidden costs and all.The original purchase document of land, approval of cunstruction, all drawings, common area, the rights of common area. Total salable area, total authorised area of construction ,common equipments like Transformer, cabling, emergency power supply sewage system water sygstem etc . 1% of total value is collected by builders towards Construction workers welfare fund. I think this is stolen by builders and the authorities as most of the workers never get any assistance from builders or govt in their last days of life.
