The Texans are too banged up and dealing with too many issues to view this as a trap game. Yeah they are 4-1, but they haven’t really blown anyone out. They’ll be ready to play come Sunday.
Holy shit first, also this is 100% this years’ trap game for the Texans. I’m fully prepared for this to be the equivalent of the panthers game last year for us, here’s to hoping that we do actually just go in there and handle business
Patriots have the 23rd ranked defense in yards per game given up... Panthers were 4th in the NFL in defenseive yards per game given up last year... Texans didnt lose to any team ranked lower than 12th

Not that I think the Patriots can win (I mean obviously they can but just highly unlikely) but no Collins is HUGE!!! And should go a long way to keeping this game manageable. If the Patriots can run the ball, which they should. Maye might survive! Gotta keep that pass rush at bay!
Tank, Diggs, and Metchie will be enough. Mixon may be back from what I've seen this morning in Houston media

Hutch (2nd year player who has got all the mental and physical stuff down) will handle Nico's spot pretty well and this also forces CJ to not rely on Nico but instead read the field fully.
Even though Nico just kills it, many times other receivers are open on the same play he gets it. This means more will eat.
I think the real issue for the Texans, is their O-line. I expect the Patriots to get pressure on CJ and keep the score low because of it.
Not enough of you actually look at stats. Patriots give up over 350 yds a game. Even without Nico Collins, Texans have Diggs and Dell. And Woods is a serviceable veteran. More than enough weapons for Stroud. John Metchie can play too. And if Mixon comes back, it's over for New England, period.

They fell for the trap game against Pathers last year. Texans have never won at foxboro either. Trust me when i say this, They are NOT about to play with Patriots at all.
