Myriona Traylor it did I ended up just being a stiffer ! But I did do the register a couple of times & it wasn’t bad at all. It was just my anxiety of thinking I could possibly mess up if someone is starring at me. But if you do you’ll be fine as long as the people at the job are supportive and helpful. Try with the older people if your more comfortable

I worked in the hotel industry for about 10 years and we always had to count back the money to them. They could see they were getting the correct change and we could see we were giving out the correct change. We still used the computer but doing it manually was an ulterior way of making sure all was correct. Nowadays so many people just rely on the computer or cash register.
I remember the days of old! I used to go into a shoe store and the gentleman that worked there would sit me down, remove my shoe for me, measure my foot, go get the kind of shoe I was looking for, put it onto my foot and tired and all I had to do was walk in the store and then walk around to see if the shoe felt good. Now, I can’t even find somebody to help me in the stores! Thank you for watching

so you count up and exclude the amount the item cost? Like in the video, the amount is 10?

If something cost a dollar and you give me five dollars I would say the one dollar of the item to you. Then, I would hand you a second dollar and say two and then I would hand you a third dollar and say three and I would hand you a fourth dollar and say for and then I would hand you another dollar and say five. That’s because you gave me five dollars in the item cost one dollar. I hope this makes sense to you
