@@vikasghadamode My study area is Mountainous region and there is a lot of shadow and less no. of built-up are and agriculture so the Color these 2 and barren land are similar because of that I only take 2or 3 sample these 2 class to avoid the misclassification is there any solution for this Sir thank you in advance

Clip tool is useful for Vector data and Extract by mask is useful for raster data

Now they removed Landsat collection 1 from website you can download collection 2 level 2

@@AdilaYameen You need to download all the Landsat tiles which are coming in Himachal Pradesh then create band composite in ArcMap and mosaic

Supervised classification can be more accurate then unsupervised if we take more accurate training sample

Too many pixels in a signature file can cause ArcGIS to frequently experience issues. you can reduce the size of pixel sample and try again

Then what is the unit of area you are getting
Why you have selected 7 bands I have study area where 11 bands available does I have to select all 11??
If you are using Landsat 8 data then 11 band will be there from that first 7 band you can use for band composite
