My name is JV. or iss saal june me jo thelka launga na main youtube per apni story or animation se alag level ka hoga maine aaj tak kuch bhi animate nhi kiya or meri drawing bhi kharab hai. But main story me accha hu to maine scripting kar li puri exam ke baad se hi main animate karne lag jayunga or 8 june ko apni video upload karunga or vo mobile animtors ke liye ek alag level ki cheez hogi.
I can't make something of mine own , i have always copying other artist and i don't like it if i make their art. then how would i make mine. I tried the 100 times drawing but nothing happens i didn't improve.
There's nothing wrong with copying other artists, but instead of just copying, maybe study what kind of shapes are they using, how are they simplifying anatomy, or colors. When u do this ur focus shifts from "What" the artist has done to "why" the artist has done this. With time u will be able to see a pattern in each of your fav artists, which helps u learn things quicker. Precise Practice is the key. Start with basics. Spend time in learning fundamentals, I know it's boring and not the fun part, but believe me, if you are able to construct Cubes, cylinders, in perspective, things become a bit easier. Also, don't get discouraged even after 100 drawings. We all have our own artistic journey. Enjoy the process, there's a reason why we don't do mathematics or physics to relax. We draw. So enjoy it, and don't be too hard on yourself. Wrote a long reply, but I hope it's helpful. :) 🤝
Nice animation and the talk , im not an animator but yes i do practice to draw, for now im on the lesson of torso drawing and im struggling with drawing but whenever i watch videos like you i feel the result of your and other artists how they avhieved it and still improving, hope i can also do that btw any suggeation for drawing torso/posses😅
For torso, here's what I did: 1. Practicing Simplification of torso, using simple gestural shapes to get used to the shape, you can even try Flour Sack excercise for torso as commonly used in animation. 2. Move towards learning Ribs+Spine+Pelvis. Bone structure, not in too detail but it does help. 3. Understanding how muscles are placed on top of this structure, i.e. Ribs+Spine+Pelvis. And trying to understand how major muscles connect to these bony landmarks 4. Finally, Simplifying the shapes again, now that we have some understanding of what we are trying to draw, each artist can look for ways to simplify it without breaking anatomy. Dont stress too much and just keep the process simple. All the best! :)
Start with basic animation excercises. Ball Bounce animations, flour sack animations, jump/run/walk cycle, I believe basic animation exercises are a good start 🤝
I understand, most of us are kind of in similar situations, trying to pursue art in a middle class setting is a bit like gamble. But you gotta take the chance buddy. U are 16. U have time at your disposal. That's your true economy. Invest it in learning skills, and eventually u can start doing some freelance works or maybe even a full-time role. Dont stress much, Keep things simple, and Keep drawing. 🤝
Like i said bhai, nobody can guarantee scope in anything. Opportunities are there, it depends on how u want to approach it, Advertising, entertainment, social media, animation is something which is used everywhere. So, By that perspective, there is scope. Does that mean all the animators are getting paid? Probably not. Skills matter. So, sticking to what I said, it all depends on you, if u are willing to it, u will find ur way. :)
i am asking just to get a pov okay? let's say have 6 hours a day, and you want to animate a 1 minute video, then how much time will it take? 2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months?
Completely depends on the individual and the style you are going for. Simple style, no color, no extra effects, just few keyframe movements, might be completed in under a week. More detailed animation can take more time. So, it entirely depends on the artist.
