Considering that Ultra Instinct is the final form of dragon ball (at least for now) it is so powerful and shaggy using it is so *STRONG* so its like 6% of the power of Shaggy, so it needs at least 18 keys
I like to think of this as the lost revenants of parts of shaggys songs, mashed into one, and throughout the sections it changes keys. like 4k - 6k 9k, really cool concept.
I could be overlooking it completely, but shaggy’s chin in this is round. So, this is WB shaggy. Since the only other shaggy with a green shirt has a more pointy chin, and the other round chinned shaggy is red, this is probably a WB shaggy song. It could even fit in with the story as a post Talladega song where you stop Phantom Shaggy and save WB Shaggy, so he goes full power of you because he’s mad a little blue haired midget saved him.

to make this by far the hardest, switching up the amount of keys and where they are would be crazy but required. start off with 4 keys, then at about 0:17 in switch to 6 key. then, this is where it gets crazy. 0:53: 8 keys, but instead of being at the top of the screen, they'll be positioned around the character hitting them, like a compass. and yes, make diagonal arrows for this. 1:11: throw in the center note for 9 key. and make new animations for the diagonal arrows and the center key, it'd give so much more life to these characters. 1:31: back to traditional 7 key. 1:49 & 2:07: 8 key compass again, but the notes spin clockwise. 1:58 & 2:16: 16 KEY COMPASS (but it's stationary tho so no worries)
16 keys is bad, you cant play it effectively. thats why the max perez uses is only 9 keys, because you only have 10 fingers. he wants to make it hard but not unable to play because there's more keys than your fingers
