People can hate the movies as much as they want for missing over the minor things, like social links, I think it personally felt better to focus on what was important, rather than placing a social link in the movie, and making it feel forced.

I'll never forget how I felt when it finally subked in that he was gone and I thought just so unfair... And then I watched the movies and the ending absolutely destroyed me. I was crying so hard I couldn't even see the end... I had a really big breakdown for half an hour at least. Finally i watched the Answer. And I understood. I got the answer I wanted. It made me feel so much better when I knew why he died... I knew it wasn't all for nothing. I was truly grateful.

While P3(journey) has a sad ending of the protagonist sacrificing himself for the universe, P3(answer) has a happier ending, where it shows everyone getting over his death and maturing, even though the protagonist is stuck being a door protecting the universe

You're making memories with people. Good, bad, even just hanging out with them. You're forming memories with them, even if you're not advancing your social link. You're making them remember you as the friend you were, the person who was always there, the one who might have helped them through a tough time. The song can be heard in various other songs because it's their memories of you. Aegis might be the lead of this song, but it echoes through every other character. They remember you, even if you don't think they will, even if you weren't some emo Jesus who solved their problems, they still remember you.

Personally, it's more like both Elizabeth's AND Aegis's theme. The Lethal Elevator Attendant is still on her jouney to save him. But yeah, it's certainlly a song shared by everyone. Ryoji and Akinari spent the best time in life with him, and those who start their new life would always remember him. Imagining them know his death breaks me everytime, let's hope Maiko never finds out.
That's the best thing in persona 3's social links to me, you actually make a difference in those people's lives, even if Makoto isn't really talkative, he's still there, people like the little girl sometimes just need someone to hear them, people like the library's elders just needed some company, you don't need to be an extrovert to be part of someone's life and be important to them, always strive to best you can be, help people to be the best they can be, that's how we make a better place, slowly but surely
I'm still hoping that one day Elizabeth will finally get rid of Erebus permamently and free him from his eternal burden. After seing Elizabeth's story in P4 Arena, It hit me in the feels. Starting her new journey to save him even if it takes her years or eons.
I just did my first run in 10 years myself and I found myself resonating with the story and characters even more than before. It's been a long time since a game has left me in tears during its finale and P3 does it in such a beautiful bittersweet way 💙
Persona 3 is one of the best RPGs, Persona 4 improves on it but since P3 is the one that started the whole dating sim thing I think it deserves to be called the better of the two
P3 FES is probably one of, if not THE best PS2 game I've ever played - P4 included. Not to mention that it's higher quality in terms of graphics than a lot of JRPGs on the PS3...which is sad for JRPGs...

Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of reasons to like P3 over 4, but just because P3 started the system, doesn't make it better. +EarthSquid Even with all the improvements P4 has, i still prefer P3, mainly because the characters and themes, P4 is too lighthearted, and while i understand that its because the game is about people relations and friendship, it still feels like there's too much sugar into the game when you compare it to all of the other main games. I'm really happy P5 nailed how to balance the lighthearted and serious parts of the game.

I like to take all the different representations of each MC (manga, anime and games) as a whole. We never act in the same way, it depends of the day, how you feel, etc. Depression is an illness and you can´t avoid it easily but that doesn´t means that you don´t have to look depressed everyday.

I swear I know this game mainly because i had nothing to do when i was on quarantine, then i spend 100 hours maxing my char with megidolaon alice, and then see the ending and was like, "ohh the ending was soo sweet and well done, after a long battle against everything including their own self, finally it reached a happy ending, and the world is saved" but moments later when i discovered what really happened, oh man, i can't even listening to this without even tearing up. it's been 2 weeks now.
At the very end of the song I get that image in my head of Aigis looking up at the S.E.E.S crew running to the rooftop with tears in her eyes and smiling. Gets me everytime 😭😭😭

I just made it to final boss of Persona 3 Portable yesterday. The game was amazing!

I like to take all the different representations of each MC (manga, anime and games) as a whole. We never act in the same way, it depends of the day, how you feel, etc. Depression is an illness and you can´t avoid it easily but that doesn´t means that you don´t have to look depressed everyday.

I swear I know this game mainly because i had nothing to do when i was on quarantine, then i spend 100 hours maxing my char with megidolaon alice, and then see the ending and was like, "ohh the ending was soo sweet and well done, after a long battle against everything including their own self, finally it reached a happy ending, and the world is saved"

This game was the first game to make me cry when the credits started to roll and the song kicked in i’ve never felt more emotions from a video game than i did from Persona 3
