The Vail Ski Resort is located near the town of Vail in Eagle County and is the third-largest single-mountain ski resort within the U.S. It is a perfect choice for beginner skiers and advanced skiers alike, I highly recommend visiting Vail, Colorado for skiing.

I also recommend for true ski in ski out staying at the Manor Vail Lodge, a condominium complex near the part of the mountain with the shortest lines called Golden Peak

Does it snow. Alot in january?
If you do not ski or that isn’t an interest would you still recommend vail? Are there plenty of other winter actives for a family with younger kids?

Is mid December a good time to visit?
This has been beyond helpful. Thank you Kim! Quick question about the epic pass, does it work for the ski lifts in Avon? We seen they have The Westin in Avon and there’s a gondola and a ski lift right next to it.
I think it does as Beaver Creek as part of Vail resorts, but you might want to call the Westin and ask
Beaver Creek is definately Epic pass... you can ski Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Breckenridge in that area on a season pass or "All Resort" day pass.

Please avoid the Grand Hyatt in West Vail. Their employees stole my wife’s ski jacket, googles and gloves! The GM could care less about.

Is Bol still open? Also do they still have the Game Creek dinner experience at top of mountain ?
When I was there, last, bol was still open. I believe the Game Creek dinner experience is also available to.
How do I get around? Are there busses? Easy is it? Are both areas walkable from each other?
There are local message, and it’s relatively easy to walk from Lionshead to Vail Village.
Vail is one of my favorite places to ski! ⛷

You mentioned ski lessons for 6 where is that at specifically? I cant find it online.
It is actually a private lesson that will take up to six people. It’s a great way to split the cost of a private instructor.
The airport is located in Gypsum not eagle-vail there is a 40min distance between those places

How long is the chair lift line in vail village
The lift lines depend on when you go. If you’re there on a busy holiday weekend you can wait 30 minutes for a chair lift. I typically go mid week and off-season so I do not wait very long.
Know to bring lots of money
What's popping with the (Airbnb's)!!!low cost!!for US**(the working peoples (makes a video**(Queen).
Everything you need to know? Hope you make at least 6 figures a year, to afford to even breathe the air there.
Skin is expensive, but you can borrow clothes from friends, and find less expensive accommodation. Lift tickets in the US and renting skis is expensive though.
