This Throat Chakra is located on the spine in the throat area. It is associated with our ability to communicate, our creativity, right brain activities, speech and hearing. Physically linked to the throat, vocal cords, mouth, teeth, esophagus, thyroid glands and the respiratory system. When unbalanced, it will cause communication problems, the inability to express our feelings and ideas.
Vishuddha may be understood as relating to communication and growth through expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security.

After listening to this for about 7 minutes I began to tear and cry.. then I got the intuitive thought that this was my inner child letting go of all the things I did not say as I was growing up to express my feelings. I believe this helped me to heal....
Same here but for the Solar one ^^ if you cry it's healing, because you accept the energy who need to get out of you, like negatives, going out with tears, it helped me feel better, cause i stopped my solar chakra myself because i was with a "narcissistic pervert/psychopath" women for too long... ! ha ha ha =) XD but now i accept and feel good, i accept what i'm totally and love myself so much

The experience I just had was amazing. My throat feels so alive, its tingling and I'm breathing so clearly. I was sitting there closing my eyes, breathing deeply, and suddenly memories of me as a baby/child start flashing before me, myself at 4yrs old looked at me with big green eyes, and said "It's okay, you dont have to be sorry anymore." I began crying and I picked her up, she turned into this glowing giggling white light, and I became one with her. I've struggled for years with speaking my mind. I also have many sinus problems and thyroid issues. I've never experienced anything like this. I'm humbled. Thank you for this video! 💕

For those who don't know what the throat chakra is and what it does, this chakra affects overall speaking, areas of the throat, and even lucid dreaming. So for lucid dreamers, this is a bit of a must if you have trouble dreaming. It is blocked by lies, and words of anger.

WOW. i had no idea, ive avoided focusing this chakra despite having done a lot of meditation over the years. Lately i have been focusing on my dreams, but i keep discovering blockages with my ability to remember them or even lucid dream. I had no idea that there could be such blockages, but thank you for putting this out there. The moment i started this video i could feel myself slamming into a wall in my meditation. Its funny i was told recently by someone i admire that taurus possess a lot of control over their throats, but this one doesnt and there is apparently a lot of work i need to be doing. Thank you, and the universe, for helping point me in this direction.

I have experienced unbelievable healing from this Throat Chakra Meditation. I felt intense vibrations and motion in my throat followed by an outstanding insight to what was blocking this chakra. It was revealed to me (through my Subconscious Mind) that the cause of my blocked throat chakra (which resulted in getting Hypothyroidism) was due to not speaking up for myself and voicing my emotions as a child when being abused for not being ‘smart enough’ by my father. I visualized myself (older me) in a room in front of my younger self and my father. the words “speak up” filled the room. After that everything disappeared and another intense vibration felt not only in my throat chakra but my whole being. I am now healed from my past and have successfully activated my Throat Chakra.

Namaste! I was led to this meditation to heal my throat chakra. I didn't realize it was a sound meditation so I waited for 30 seconds or so before I started feeling a heaviness in my throat! It almost felt like the muscles were constricting. About 10 min in I started to feel cold air in my throat and it felt like my airway was wider. I seriously kid you not. This is so healing and you can't say it is placebo because I didn't read comments before this video and I also didn't know it was a sound meditation. IT WORKS!

I always had a hard time speaking i can speak but its not loud its like a shy voice but im not shy... its like somethings blocking in my throat that i cant speak properly after i listened to this for the first time it actually got better

I was treated a year ago at Johns Hopkins for spasmodic dysphonia (larynx spasms). Nothing. But meditation, and this video, have helped so much more. I sound like an ad. I'm not. Hi :) I've always have had problems with throat chakra - I mean all this system of speaking, I'm in fear to speak before any audience and its not easy for me to be heard and listened to even by my own family and friends. I often listen to such things like these music and tries to relax my speaking system and to infuse it with such tones. :) It is of some help - I mean in the loong time, its about 5-7 years as I work with such chakras music, or just listening to it during my working hours - as my fear of being heard and voicing my opinions and emotions diminish :)
You might want to do a Skype session with me; i help folks with stage fright ~ or, for free, you can also listen to some tips from Teal Swan's talk on the 5th chakra here online. Lots of good info for self-healing of the throat energy which is of course all about finding your own true voice and the courage to express yourself. Love & luck to you! :-)

there are 2 kinds of lies. a physical lie which does not affect your spirit. the sky is purple the grass is orange ect... then the lie of the spirit which creates a blockage... I am separate from the creator. I am worthless. I will never amount to anything. I have no purpose. now that you know the difference. you should be able to reconnect. allow the answers to come to and practice being thankful. this will cause a major shift.

I have extremely intense reactions to energy work. My throat is always tight and it is really bothersome. At the beginning my throat started to loosen and a burning sensation flowed into my arms and hands. Then I felt my spirit lifting out of my body, my whole body singing. Then my mouth opened and the energy was coming out with incredible force like a silent primal scream. I couldn't stop it. I saw all the bad things that happened to me, floating in dark clouds. Then a male presence was beside me telling me not to fear. He was bald and blue. A flower grew out of my throat. All of my chakras opened into pairs of arms flailing upwards. Slowly it all subsided and I was lying in utter peace. Thank you for this.

I kept feeling the urge to burp. My eyes were tearing up too. Towards the end, I felt a tube going down my throat to my heart chakra, pulling out all negativity, and I feel it while writing this comment as well. The tube feels so real and I can feel the suction as it pulls the bad vibes up and out through my mouth.
I just tried it out of curosity and I am amazed. I felt my airway was clear after few minutes of listening to this. I could feel my chakra got unblocked. Wow
I can literally feel the vibration in my throat. I struggled for a long time for feeling misunderstood. Just a minute into this meditation, and I already feel free!

I started to cry almost at the very beginning and I cried all the way trough this meditation. (not like all the time but still) I have just realized that my throat chakra is blocked, but I never understood it was this badly blocked. I was definitely lead here I know that for a fact It started in a reiki session I had just completed I noticed I was coughing and choking then noticed it was throat chakra I needed to work on so I came here and sure enough from the start I was feeling the weight being lifted off I was burping had heartburn coughing but as the mediation kept playing it went away I was able to breathe a lot better my nostrils seemed to open up more it felt good definitely some kind of blockage was lifted thank you so much for this love and light to everyone

Wow! I know that this can and does work. As I was meditating with it and diffusing some Sacred Frankincense, I envisioned a bright light beaming from my throat and heart Chakra, and about five minutes into it, I developed an odd cough, as if something needed to exit the throat area, but I could feel the slight pressure from the heart to the throat. It stopped as soon as the sounds and visualization ended. I have to do this more often. Thank you. Namaste.

I love raw frankincense! Thx I think I'll light some and listen to this again later tonight. (I used to do that daily). I moved into a 'NEW' home 18 months ago (and in a new state) and ever since, Ive felt energy blockages. I used to dream every night to the point I looked forward to going to bed! Nothing. I'm moving out of this home and into another 'NEWLY' constructed space. I can hardly wait. Something about this space isn't right. I've sage-d it, blessed it and spoken loving words over it... Nada. It feels like I am disconnected (from my SELF). I dunno. Not a fun experience. We'll see what happens when I move. Perhaps it was just meant to be temporary. 😕 no worries. Looking forward to taking my power back.

I am listening to this and it hasn't started yet when I am feeling my throat to open up already and sensations over there. Wow! I love noticing these miracles. So significant yet ignored and underrated.

Wow as soon as I turned this on, I could feel almost like a tightening, tense and tingling in my neck mouth and jaw. I'm hoping in the long run, it will help my thyroid. Ive got antibodies attacking my thyroid and getting no help because lab results are "normal" 🙄

I felt that someone was pulling me by the neck and my back. I saw many geometric shapes and all the colors of the 7 chakras, and I saw butterflies drawn from the color of the chakras , i love it 💕
This was amazing! Led to this divinely and it helped a lot. Saw my traumas of not being able to speak my truth surface first as a little baby gradually skipping to older and older traumas in my patterns I kept repeating. I felt the need to voice what I was unable to previously say for whatever reason and felt the energy shake out of my throat chakra. Listened to it twice and more different experiences came up. Will do this again!
I have been having some major blockage in my throat, it was starting to have physical affect on me. When I get mad I got really bad sore throats, and I started to break out on my chin and neck. And it's all just fear of standing up for myself and me thinking something bad might happen. This meditation was like a plunger for my throat I can feel it forcing everything out.

I have only just started listening and I am coughing meaning my throat is clearing. however my throat problem is more serious and I am awaiting hospital appointment. I'm trying this method in the meantime as a self help. It definitely is having an effect on my throat. Thank you.

Hello Shy, a year later, how are you doing now? Hope all is well❤️ Ive been having some experience with my physical throat also! Doctors? health specialists and lots of tests and xrays! They have not been able to find anything except an enlarged tonsils! So next to plantbase food lifestyl,l am also working on healing my throat chakra! Through meditation!!

This is the first one I have watched of the new series, though I did not watch the visuals, I just relaxed with eyes closed. I felt the chakra tuning like the way a singing bowl is played. I felt connected to everything and a part of it All. I enjoyed the longer length as it really gave an in-depth experience. It was amazing and I am looking forward to the others.

Coughing is a natural way for your body to get up tar one video I watched a doctor said covid is causing ppl to hold back there coughs which raises your chance for phnemonia cause if ur a smoker of marijuana n cigs the little air sacks that hold n transfer oxygen get filled up with tar so coughing is necessary some time my tub Is turning black cause I'm trying to quit n all the built up tar now that it doesn't have new tar to hold it in is coming up. I saw this destruction 10,000 yrs of it time lapsed fast forwarded n crammed into a one minute vision that caused me to cloister myself and do sensory deprivation meditation at 4 I didnt even know the words or definition of what I was doing till I looked it up later such is the traits of a natural shaman for 3 yrs I would look out the dormer window I had at sundown facing sage park ànd I would cry for all that built up trauma I saw but couldn't express at such a young age I didn't remember the vision till I was in a group setting talking bout visions
Every time I go for reiki they tell me my throat chakra is very blocked and that I have difficulty expressing myself or making myself heard. Last night I had a dream that I after a facial or massage or something the lady told me I had a tight heavy throat chakra and I needed to write down everything I felt guilty about to help unblock the chakra. I have just done that while listening to this track. Wasn’t sure what to do with the letter but it just came to me to place it under selenite Crystal to cleanse it and help release myself of the burdens.

Like many others below I didn’t know my throat chakra required work as often communication isn’t a problem unless I feel threatened, energetically. Blue is a fav colour so I really enjoyed the visuals ( as well as sound) subtly noticing my throat/chest area feels less dense, while the inner of my nasal cavity ‘twitches’. Regardless much lighter. Ah I do not lucid dream so will listen again before sleep to see if I do begin to. Insomnia is my problem so sleep first probably a main priority. I 💕 this series, personally helpful for my wellbeing. Additionally learn from others who advise their experiencs to watch out for as I/ we clearour inner paths. 🦋🦋🦋🙏🙏🙏🌞🌞🌞

The same thing that happens during these sessions can happen within a music/singing session/choir practice etc. it just all depends on the environment, energy, it's all dependent. One is it not better than the other by any means, both are good from my experience!
