Instead take a big bowl in which you can fit your head and put in ice cubes and water. Dip your head in it. 2) Do not use turmeric in your tooth paste, until you want your teeth to look yellow. Don’t use coconut oil in toothpaste it just sounds weird. Instead do oil pulling with coconut oil. 3)Be careful using Vaseline on your lashes, because it can prevent bacteria from flushing out of your lashes, which may lead to eye infections. It also clogs meibomian glands and mildly blurs your vission. Instead, invest in a good eye lash oil, do your research about the product before you use it. 4) yes coconut oil helps with hair growth and hair repair, but there are better oils out there, why stick to one right? Try incorporating rosemary oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil. 5) clear skin is not always lemon water, lemon water is good mostly for detoxifying the body. Clear skin goals is a lot of work. But the main key points of clear skin include:a) 7-8 hours of sleep everyday b)lots of water c) lots of vegetables and fruits d) collagen rich food e) vitamins and minerals in the body f) use sunscreen g) always moisturise and cleanse twice a day. In the end of the day, no matter what you have, humans have the nature to always want more and more. So don’t loose your old self in the process of changing into a new person. Turmeric and coconut does not withen your teeth, & Vaseline cannot make your eyelashes grow, Both are MYTHS !!! If you wanna withen you teeth go to a dentist and he'll withen them with hydrogen peroxide alone! Don't do it at home on your own cause you dont know the right way to do it. Even i recommend coconut oil if you have slightly frizzy hair like me, follow these: Use coconut oil the night before you wash your hair, make sure that you dont use too much! The next morning, wash your hair with cold water, and use conditioner too. I did this for 1 month and i could see the results in 2 weeks already (i wash my hair twice a week). My hair is now very smooth and shiny and i still do this. ❤
1. Not useful for sensetive skin, it can damage your skin too 2. Dont get fully white teeth it can ruin your enamel, but i dont really recommend Turmeric 3. Vasline can mak your eyelashes fall out (works for some people though) and can make your vision blurry if you dont use it carefully 4. Coconut oil is good for children cause they dont need all the fancy stuff, but for older people try other oil since your hair can get damaged easily, i suggest using lime sometimes it works super well (if it causes any irritation i suggest to not use it) 5. Ok lemon can work too but you can also use a skincare routine that fits your skin

Guys! Don’t use ice to remove dark circles. U shouldn’t put ice DIRECTLY to your skin. It can cause sensitivity to ur skin. What helps more are teabags dipped in cold water.
Also you can use tomato juice, 2 tsp coffee powder 1 tsp baking soda and mix.. use it anywhere on your skin or in ur dark circles and rinse.. your skin will get brighter..
