    다들 대단하지만 박나래 턱걸이하는게 진짜 대단함.
    솔직히 이전에 박나래가 턱걸이하는게 목표라고 했을때 성공 못할줄 알았는데, 성공하는것 보면서 역시 성공한 사람들은 다르구나 라는걸 느낌.

      근데 박나래 풀업은
      첫날처럼 발판없이 시작하면
      하나도 못할거같은데 ...지금 하는거 처럼 보이는건 발판놓고 위에서 시작하는거라 거의 승모근 운동같은데

      나름 어깨나 코어 관련 안정성 운동 느낌 내보려던것 같은데
      보법이 달라서 괴인같아보임😂

      ​@@jihocoon딥스할때 몸을 더 웅크리고 몸을 기울여서 진행해야 됩니다. 저렇게 하면 아랫가슴 안커요.
      풀업도 어깨를 내리고 코어를 잡고 해야하는데 그냥 막댕기네요.
      심지어 둘다 가동범위도 안나오고 깔짝깔짝댐.
      그리고 풀업과 딥스 제대로 할줄 알면 몸은 저절로 좋아집니다. 저분 몸 보면 이해되실듯..
