It may have just popped into my head because it was what I wanted to hear, and it may have been my imagination, but I firmly believe it was God. He has claimed me as His own, and I don't want it any other way. God bless.
Hi “Anthem Lights” guys.. 😢😢😢 since last September after Bowel Cancer surgery and 6 months Chemo. I’ve prayed and listened to the Holy hymns . I’m also part of the Choir at my church. I couldn’t sing in church during that period but your hymns kept me close to our Lord.. thank you from the bottom of my heart.🥲🥲❤️❤️❤️ He was there throughout my ordeal as the surgeon while I was in recovery said to my wife: I’ve never ever experienced this in my entire 30 years career.. your husband’s heart beat and BP remained in one straight line without any help. Even the anaesthetic was surprised. When I woke up, he again told me. With tears flowing down my cheeks. I looked up and murmured: HE above was next to me.. ❤️❤️❤️😢😢😢 He touched me on the shoulder saying: I truly believe you. Amen.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Keep up the singing guys.. bless you all.

Once again you guys blow me away. It amazes me how they pick the best songs that are already great but then they make the song even better. Hats off to you guys for coming up with your Medleys and Mashups and then for your harmonizing that I'm so envious of. When I grew up in the church with my daddy as choir director my sister was a alto me a Hugh soprano and my daddy worked with us night after night to blend our voices. He was a bass and my brother a tenor. We sang in church all the time and it's done of my favorite and cherished memories of my childhood. In high-school I went out for the choir and was chosen as a Hugh soprano then I was chosen as the high soprano for the sextet because I could harmonize the best. Made my daddy so proud. Singing was a way of life in my family where we gathered around the piano and sang all the time. The best was at Christmas when we sang all the great gospel Christmas songs. If I may pat myself on the back a lil we were really damn good. That's how I know how hard it is to learn to harmonize the way yall do to where it's second nature and not everybody can do that. You guys make each other better. Just amazing. I'm so hooked.

This song literally made me cry. Twice in a row. The first time I heard it & then the reply. Thank you, Anthem Lights, for this beautiful cover. 🙏🏽 I felt like God was speaking to me through this. ~ I wrote an article last week & it was published in our school paper. It was a column about a controversial topic. Needless to say it garnered a lot of mixed reactions. But it was predominantly negative. A lot of people disagreed with my opinion & hated on it. Granted, my article could have been better& they were just offended by my stand on the issue, but they did more than give criticism. They wrote hate comments about me, as a person & questioned my skills. To make things worse, they even went so far as to soil the good name of our paper. My first response was to ignore the comments & just move on. But on behalf of the publication, I HAD to read all the (mostly negative) comments, so I can give a public statement & apology. I did my best to forget & laugh it off. But little did I know, I was bottling hurt inside. Some things I"ve learned from this debacle: -Forgive & forget, haters will hate anyway. Holding grudges will only weigh you down -When you're gonna critique someone's work, make sure your judgments STAY on that work; don't attack them personally. (Otherwise, its called an ad hominem.) Keep criticism constructive & objective. -It's no use trying to argue with those who won't listen -God's opinion of me is the only one that MATTERS ❤
Chances are you wrote what needed to be said and their hardened hearts were not ready to hear it. Their reactions speaks volumes of the condition of their hearts. When the truth(light) is spoken it is often met with resistance (darkness). Keep speaking your message, don’t lose sight of your understanding, and lastly, don’t give the darkness your light.

I was recently given a very heavy diagnosis with mental health disorders, and this song has been the only thing that can help me sometimes. Hearing this, I nearly burst into tears. One of my favorite bands doing this song together? It's amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I live with a family where from 11 years old, I have had to be caretaker, and they have so many disabilities and it can get so disheartening. I was recently given a very heavy diagnosis with mental health disorders, and this song has been the only thing that can help me sometimes. Hearing this, I nearly burst into tears. One of my favorite bands doing this song together? It's amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I live with a family where from 11 years old, I have had to be caretaker, and they have so many disabilities and it can get so disheartening.
