Hoa and I took some friends over to see the McCloud Reservoir on a warm Sunday evening. The reservoir used to be much more turquois in color but has turned more green over time.
Pretty cool area. You should have flown the drone so as to look at where the water comes out of the bottom of the dam. Probably a 36 - 48" pipe that shoots a steady stream of water about 60 or 70 feet out to the McCloud River below. A very impressive sight. I've stood right next to it. Thunderous.
