CUBE is awesome! The ability to load up to 8 samples and then to apply so many modulations to build a totally original preset makes CUBE number 1! Even selecting a great preset and applying the randomization button gives amazing results. Top marks to Lunacy Audio for their production and also the fantastic discounts and bundles prices> Many thanks to you, Onesto for this demo and explanations.
this vst is too complicated and before getting a correct sound you will spend your day fiddling with the buttons, immediately tested, immediately uninstalled. It's bullshit. Sorry but we producers need VSTs that sound from the first time and that make you want to exploit the sounds, now it's boring as hell
Hey there, I just bought the all in one package with the packs but I get no audio whatsoever despite following tutorials and watching YT vids. What audio driver do you have?
I would say that it is best experienced with a MIDI keyboard. You can draw in MIDI inside of your DAW, but I find it much easier to use with a MIDI keyboard.
Easily the best video on Cube! Straight to the point. I’m new to Cube and excited about it, but not clear on where I’ll use it? What genres do Cube multi-samples really support? Sure - Lunacy will say “any genre” but we’re creating new and unique sounds song listeners have not heard before. Some pop songs gain notoriety because of a unique sound, but for most audiences they expect to hear piano, organ, guitar or something else familiar. I’m struggling to fit Cube into my more traditional pop songs.
Hey, thanks for watching my video, and I’m really happy you found it helpful. I understand your concern, it’s a question that I had about Cube’s utility. I’ll start with saying that Cube has a lot more preset packs that help answer that question. For example their Sky pack is all about guitars, so you’ll find some sounds that are guitar heavy. But besides that, I think Cube is best for “sound design” sounds and pads. If I need a unique sound that ranges from beautiful to weird Cube is a great place to check out. And for pads there’s a lot of cool presets that sound really gorgeous. That’s where I had the best luck with it. You can upload your own samples and make whatever you want with Cube, but when I reach for Cube it’s because I quickly need an interesting pad, or I quickly want a sound that sounds like I spent a lot of time crafting it.

Thank you so much for watching! Glad this video was up to snuff!
@ThisIsOnesto Glad to see you had time in your schedule to carve out an informative video for us.
Yes, I'm finally back! The plan is to dig deep and build the TH-cam channel. I may even get back to my usual one vid a week schedule 🤞
Thanks for giving CUBE a spin 🙌
Of course! It's a beast of a plugin. Excited to see what's ahead for Lunacy Audio.

Hey! Dang that sucks. I'm using a Mac Mini, the audio driver is Core Audio. And my Audio Interface is the MOTU M4. Hope you figure it out!
Yeah I have it , its great if you make meditation music , pretty useless otherwise
If i use this plugin. I must need a midi keyboard right?

Which CUBE pack is the 'El Nandu Tape" preset in?
It's from Canopies. Thanks for asking!
