Im tapping out blue and purple belts with this. If you dont shoot out, it looks like you are going for a omoplata, its a nice way to trick them into the triangle.
You might be able to transition to a regular triangle at that point. Since your right foot is on the shoulder and you're lassoed around the other arm with a grip on the sleeve, you could shoot your right leg up and over the shoulder and then pull the arm that you have gripped in and lock the triangle up.

I think the hard thing is going to be changing the grips, right?
Yes, but using you leg on their bicep as a point of contact will help you keep it at bay to re-adjust and get the grip
