I got the talk at age 6. Quite young but lemme explain what happened: So it was 2007 and my baby sister was a few months old. My dad took pics of the entire birth (and I mean everything). I found the pictures in a box at the top of my mom's closet in a baby keepsake box (I was nosey). I decided to bring the pics to school for show and tell. I didn't see the issue because in my head I had already put all the pieces together (baby box, baby items, pics of baby coming out of woman, pics of dad holding baby = my sister came from my mom's vagina) so when I stated this out loud my teacher freaked out and called my parents 😂 and that's the day I had the talk. I remember that mess like it was yesterday, crying in the office cuz my teacher yelled at me for saying "vagina".
Omg that’s horrible! 😂 I couldn’t help but laugh, but the educator in me hates that she yelled at you for that! But the fact that you told the entire class was why you probably went to the principals so in case a parents was curious where their child got that information the school could say they talked to you already 😅 I had a similar experience in 4th grade lol

I'm from a small town in Alabama (my graduating class was 49 people i went to kindergarten with) so we barely even had sex education. She was a poor little southern lady shook to her core by a kid who knew, said, and showed TOO MUCH 😭. She was a great teacher otherwise. I went to an elementary school where paddling was still popular (until around 2015? maybe they still do it...) so my mind was just stuck on "man am I about to be popped for this?!" , but my principal was very understanding.
My husband and I only have 1 child. A son....he wanted a sibling when he was 5....it lasted one day.....he came inside and said "never mind mom....the girls next door fought all day...i dont want a sister" 😂😂😂😂.....now i couldnt have anymore for medical reasons but man that was hilarious!!! My Chihuahua is now 9 years old and I feel like we've grown together and matured together. The puppy stage is adorable and fun but not forever.

I was raised an only child, but I had two older siblings both from either parent. However, my dad is estranged from my brother and my sister lived in another state with her dad. However, my sister and I have a close relationship so I refer to myself as a "technical" only child... I was spoiled like an only child though by both parents 😁

The only reason I would want my lil Cypher (salt and pepper mini schnauzer who is way smaller than average) to be a puppy forever is if it means he wouldn't ever die. Like, if being a puppy permanently meant he'd never die? HELL yes. Otherwise... I don't know? LIke... his growing personality is just... precious to me? He IS my son. But I do miss the days when he was tiny enough to lay on my neck and shoulder. He was sooooo tiny. But there is also something precious about him still trying to lay on my neck/shoulder now when he's much bigger. But yeah. If there was a way to have an immortal dog - puppy or otherwise - I'd take it. Otherwise, I don't know if I'd want to sacrifice all of the memories we've gained as his personality has grown.

I never got 'the talk'. I learned on my own, sadly from not good sources. My cousin whose almost forty is still single, living with her dad, and still hasn't had the talk. It's always weird when I hang out with her because I know more about well... everything than her. It just be like that in the boonies. LOL. Oldest siblings can be monsters. My parents always told this story of how, when I was born and brought home from the hospital, my Older sister got SUPER jealous over all the attention I got. One friend of the family had bought her these nice red church shoes to hopefully take away from the attention jealousy. But when my parents were visiting with some family in another room, my sister went into the room with my crib and kicked me in the head. She played innocent but there was a dirt mark on my head in the shape of her shoe.

So great you enjoyed this movie, it became one of my favorite animated movies as soon as i saw it because tims Imagination reminds me of being a kid and i always thought about Stories that make life more interesting
and i love the growth between the brothers and how they both learn from each other
also the Soundtrack is fire and epic

im an only child since my sib died before they were even born but sometimes i do wish i had a sib since it got boring but then hearing ppl complain about siblings sometimes it made me be like nahh i dont want them

LOL. Oldest siblings can be monsters. My parents always told this story of how, when I was born and brought home from the hospital, my Older sister got SUPER jealous over all the attention I got. One friend of the family had bought her these nice red church shoes to hopefully take away from the attention jealousy. But when my parents were visiting with some family in another room, my sister went into the room with my crib and kicked me in the head. She played innocent but there was a dirt mark on my head in the shape of her shoe.
