My friend! You can only purify dirty water, not salty :( also increasing your agriculture skill WILL yield more seeds then you put into it, also also you don’t need planters to plant seeds, you can just plant them in the grass. By the way the makeshift rifle is super good for a run like this since it and its ammo can be crafted, just make sure you don’t make it out of birch because of the three types of wood birch is the weakest/has the worst durability. Also if you want a good source of water I would put a generator near vending machines (which you need fuel to activate) and they will give you free soda every time you enter the town :) you should also craft a pump jack which generates unlimited gas for you (which requires a generator to work). Hope some of these tips help!

brother, if you have your inventory open, and you hold CTRL and RIGHT CLICK an item, you quickly equip it, LEFT CLICK-ing it while holding CTRL drops it. Also if you have a crate or something open, you can CTRL, RIGHT CLICK to quickly deposit them
Hello dude! Imma give you some tips to make your time playing more enjoyable. 1. You can bind a key to certain objects (like bandages, dressings, the water bottle, binoculars, etc) to quickly equip them without having to search in your inventory. Just click the item in your inventory and click a key between 3 and 9, and thats it. It really saves time when you are bleeding out. 2. Be mindful of the infection bar (the green one). It goes down when a zombie attacks you or when you consume something under 48%. If the bars hits below 50%, it will start to reduce automatically. You can use vitamins, cough syrope, antibiotics, medkits and vaccines to make it go up. Once you are above 50% you're good again. 3. You can still chop a tree with a 0% tool. It will be slow, but you can. Also, in combat, damage scales with durability. If the weapon/tool is in bad shape, it will do less damage. 4. You can craft a makeshift rifle with planks, duck tape and some metal scrap. It has decent damage but be careful because it makes a LOT of noise (you can also craft a mussle with a can, I dont remember what else do you need tho). I don't remember if you need crafting I to do so but it could be useful.

Like my goodness what is with that librarian? my school librarian would let us borrow any book regardless of reading grade levels. there where times I picked books under and over my "reading grade level" and she'd never stop anyone. heck picking books that harder for me to understand at the time actually helped my because I'd always ask my mother what something meant that I didn't understand and she'd explain it to me and all it would did is give me more knowledge

max farming skill with light green berry because they give more water then food with no negative affects apart from highs like all other berrys but max out your skill and you will not get thos any more
hey man, next time you play I suggest you disable some mods/modded maps from the workshop tab in the main menu, it clutters up your crafting menu and you accidentally craft something thats not vanilla or just not intended for vanilla maps, or dont since it doesnt really matter all that much loll
