- Barsey/Varsey is well known for Rhododendron, the famous mountain flower that attracts everyone. Blooms occur in the Springtime. This video covers the trekking trail in brief. We started our journey from Okhrey. In the afternoon we traveled to Rinchenpong. This concludes the second day of our bike trip to Sikkim.

Is November the best season for travelling in varsey???
There is no such thing as a best season. You can visit in november but you will miss the rhododendron blooms. Though you will enjoy the clearer weather and cold.

Varsey trekking will take approximately 3 hours to complete if your speed is good.

Yes. You can do it easily.
If you stay in Hilley, you might have a better experience. There are staying options in Varsey. You can try those too.
