Cheese in Victorville, California opened on December 14th, 1999 with the phase 2 remodel and a Studio C Alpha, then in 2000 or 2002 it received phase 3 around 2007, they received the phase 4 remodel removing all 90s decor, removing showroom walls, then in the 2010s the skytubes were removed, then in April 2022 it received the 2.0 remodel and the Studio C Alpha was removed.
