Man we had good times driving back and forth, jamming, and singing along. Best times of my life. 43 now, man how the time has flown by.

That was common, when people took the time to dedicate and learn! Now these turds they just want to push a button, and have a computer do their thinking and everything else for them.
1977... I was 3 years old. My brother took me to the gas station in his '73 Cuda... CCR was in the 8 track. I refused to go in the gas station because I wanted to listen to CCR over and over again. It's the kind of music that you feel in your soul!
One of the hardest rocking bands of 1969 I loved the great songs of John Fogerty and CCR one of the great legendary groups of the late 60's song like Run through The Jungle, Up Around The Bend, Bad Moon Rising and Proud Mary were some of the greatest songs I ever heard one of the greatest groups ever.
My daughter just saw John Fogarty in Key West last week and said all the CCR songs sound as great as when I first heard them in the late 60’s-early 70’s!!!! Glad to know some things don’t change in this now crazy world!!
Another international #10 hit, from 1970. Released with 'Run Through The Jungle', as a double side single. Reached #4 on US & #1 on AUSTRALIAN charts. From the sensational COSMO'S FACTORY album
First tune I learned to sing as a teenager, would lock the bedroom door and relocate the needle on album as needed...years later my older sisters said they got a kick out of my concert....
I was born in 80s but I was a "freak" in elementary school, I was listenin to all kinds of music from about 1st grade up...pearl jam, nirvana, ccr, led zeppelin, Jethro Tull, stones, Beatles, NWA, Bone Thugs, Outkast, & don't forget Alice In Chains, kids at first thought it was dorky (1st thru about 4th grade)how I collected posters, crazy ass new music like 311 and Green Day had kinda drew in a larger crowd of Youth, I went to my first concert in 5th grade and bam everyone was instant hating, 2nd concert I went to in 96 was LaLapalooza when I come back with autographs and stories of crowd surfing,.... Rage.... lmao No ones parents would let them go to a Rage concert but see this is were I found the loop hole and told my parents 311 was gonna be there and just didn't mention Rage.... By the time I got back to school, (lalapalooza was usually over summer break)............. Mfers were getting Bush tickets at the fox and while they had a few bangers i know it was nothing compared to some of the bands I had seen up until that point, and being reminded how weird and abnormal it was for kids my age to be into rock or they started calling it alternative rock but it was punk, rock,Ska or what not to me in 90s...😢 damn I miss those days compared to the nightmare hellscape everything has become.....
John Fogerty was a groundbreaking artist for many reasons. Including the fact that he gave the drums prominence in the mix, especially in this era of music. However, I’ve always thought the drums were unfortunately buried in the mix of this song. They needed turned up just a notch on this one track of theirs.
I buried my grrandfather on my 21st birthday. This was one of the songs we played for him at his funeral. I couldn't help but crack a huge smile despite the sadness of that day. He loved CCR so much and it was a very fitting sendoff. RIP to John Blakeway, I'll see you up around the bend

They were one of AMERICA'S BANDS!! That raw grit of John Fogerty's voice did the band a big favour....and it sticks around today!
When I was a kid I was at a pizza place with some church group and I blasted this song on the jukebox and oh boy did I get the ire of those self-righteous Southern Baptists!!! It was then I knew I was my own man not beholden to no one!!!
Takes me back to 1970 when I was 16 I am now 68 and this is still a great track.
Habe ich noch auf der CCR-Doppel-LP. Unfassbar eingängig das Lied. ;-)
Can't get enough of this tune.. love it..
Good Morning! Yesterday I visited the ABC Cake Shop at San Pedro and Constitution. I could feel Daniel Stewart Grayson spirit. Up in that area. I could feel his presents. He & I
No doubt about it, this is my favourite CCR song!
❤CCR❤
This song is a true work of art I love the old stuff it's a golden
John the legend can sing play that guitar 🎸 brilliant 👏
That was common, when people took the time to dedicate and learn! Now these turds they just want to push a button, and have a computer do their thinking and everything else for them.
I have no idea why but any time I listen to CCR's music i have a big jolt of productivity
CCR are one of my favorite bands...Simply a part of the history of Rock...
That riff mmmmm

🎶Come on the rising wind.
We’re going up around the bend. Ooh!🎶
Best ever gear jamming band ever. Their song cost us a lot of money drag racing
One of the best Groups We ever had.
Love CCR eversince, since 1970's a perfect band 🎶🎵🎼🎸🎸🎸
First tune I learned to sing as a teenager, would lock the bedroom door and relocate the needle on album as needed...years later my older sisters said they got a kick out of my concert....
Bad ass song.
CCR is for me one of the biggest group of the world. And this song was the best for me. It's also for sntimental memories.
Really love this song 🤝🏽
This is unreal good vibe music its right for the right
That opening riff is an absolute belter wish some of today's so called stars would take note.
lord andante half of their music comes out of a can. Not from the heart.
John Fogerty was a groundbreaking artist for many reasons. Including the fact that he gave the drums prominence in the mix, especially in this era of music. However, I’ve always thought the drums were unfortunately buried in the mix of this song. They needed turned up just a notch on this one track of theirs.
A GREAT SONG AND A GREAT BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!
