@@prathampankaj9900 No Tanishq never asks for bill of old jewellery. But if you purchase jewellery worth more than 1. 5lakh they ask for PAN Card. And you can't sell non Tanishq jewellery for cash.If u want to encash non Tanishq jewellery buy new one from them with lowest making charge and sell it then n there. One of my relatives did that. And trust me you still get better price than market even after the loss of making n gst. Hope this helps
