My road is atrocious, and I am sick and tired of wrecking my vehicles driving up and down this hideous road. With the road grader project put on hold due to a lack of funds we needed something to knock down the ridges and fill in the ruts. I introduce you to the land plane. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Catch me on my live every Sunday at 5:00 mountain time
I like the way you expressed the part about not knowing "how many more of those this poor little thing (battery) can take." It's a sentiment I've had myself.
It needs to adjustable and grade over to one side then back again so mix gravel into the deep ruts . some adjust the wheel height and lift front so a blade goes one way and cuts out ruts or they come back again . good set up for light grading
I think your chain needs to be connected to your I-beam 1- 1 1/2 foot back from the front so your rippers get more bite.
thanks for the cool video.
Your welcome
Nice...seams to work well. After your improvements all should hold strong. DVD:)
You can drag a piece of chain link fence behind it for super smooth
True
Can probably go to your local heav6 equipment shop and get some used teeth to add to do your ripping, add some concreter parking vlocks on it ti add some weight
I was thinking the same thing. Definitely needs improvement, ie better rippers etc. I just don't know how much more weight I could ad though. It already weighs around a 1000 pounds.
@OffGrid406 oh, doesn't look that heavy, maybe add some used teeth angled forward so that it digs in and pulls itself downwards into the dirt as you drag it
02:30 get you one of those battery jump starters. The one's that start little cars are no bigger than a cigarette pack. The Hulkman 8.5 I have jump 8.5L gas, 6.0 Diesel , about twice as big about 150
They're on my wish list believe me.
Weld on some 45 degrees on the I beams and use a longer chain, so u dont pull the teeth up, with a lower angle they will rip more. and maybe add weight and drive slower.
Yep 45 degree angles on the beams would help cut on the edges
Just move the chains bac 12in onto the I beams
Add more rippers
at the rear too.
Would you sale that old motor grader?
It's possible, where you at?
