they both came together beautifully! i’m a sucker for those little bump outs, such a fun way to add some intrigue to the build! thanks for the video :)
My computer is glacier speed - so I do 15 minute and 40 minute build challenges and I think that would be a fun one to see with your faster computer - just enough extra time that you could finish something as long as you still hustle. This was a really cute house!
I do the same, haha. I end up feeling like 30 min is around 1hr and 30min then suddenly it's 7 min left and I'm STRESSED. IT turned out really cute though!
I have a challenge idea! Not sure if it’s already out there but I thought this would be fun. You need to build a starter home, (could base game only or include packs but I think BG only would be more challenging) but during the build you can not look at or see how much the build is worth. You have to try and get as close to $20k as you can without going over! I really hope you have a go at this. Maybe even as a collab? 🩷
I don’t know if this is a challenge or series that already exists, but while watching this I thought it’d be cool to have a series where you build a starter home. You could use very basic and/or shabby items or just set a budget that seems realistic for a new home owner. And then you could renovate it, so you could either just give it a new coat of paint and new decor or go all out and add new rooms or a pool etc. I think it’d be cool cause everyone kind of experiences that stage of home ownership where their furniture and stuff is all mismatched and don’t necessarily match the style or size of their new home.
There could be 3 stages of the house as well, starter, mid price and expensive. Not touching the "bones" of the house but being able to add rooms as the budget grows bigger, paint the walls, maintaining certain decorations as keepsakes, etc.
They turnout nice but the second house needs more windows on the one side of the house. It looks strange with only one window on that whole side. I don’t know if the first house was like that as well because i watched this video in two parts because i had to go to work.
Both versions turned out really good, especially for the time crunch. I'd love to see this house again with unlimited time!!
Totally agree!!!
same!!
I definitely agree with this!
I'd love to see you work on it again with unlimited time
Noted!
They both turned out so well! Honestly I don't think I could even build a box in 30 mins!!
I might be able to build the shell of the house but it takes me 30 minutes to pick doors and windows.

Oh please finish this house! I love the colors you went with and I’d like to see it all finished in typical Gryphi fashion! 🤩

Great video!! I am very indecisive as well which makes it hard for me to do any timed challenges that look halfway decent lol.

For 10 minutes, you did really well Tonya!! 💖💖💖
Both were nice.

@@isabela9005 yes! exactly! I think I’d be really cool, like seeing a speed run of a sims “life” through the lense of their home renovations.
they both look great!
Your 10 minute build looks like one of my better builds.
I think they're both great but I like the 2nd one more :) I wouldn't be able to build a house on a time limit :)
Today I heard of a new (to me) decorating style called "whimsigoth" that you might enjoy tackling at some point!
🤩

😁
Same house no time limit please
