A feature suggestion:
It would be cool to have the ability to adjust video effects as they progress along the timeline. They could be increased or decreased in intensity, altered by a curved line adjustment system (like how a video's speed can be adjusted up and down using a curve). For example, gradually increasing the "Convex" effect so that it slowly and smoothly becomes more intense (i.e. raising the "Value") as the clip progresses.

Suggestion:
I suggest that you add a section to add srt files in the caption section of the program so that you can create attached subtitles with the inshot program.

Hi can you please provide us with a feature in caption which enables us to adjust each caption words sentences seperatly
Because if we want to change the color , position , size
It applies to all the captions
It is actually possible to do this. You don't know how to do it. Here's what you'll do.
After writing, when you click on the text color, text fonts or any of the other features, immediately uncheck the "apply to subtitle" option on the top left. This way you can change the colors and other features of the subtitle you want.
LOVE NEW FEATURES! May I ask how long it takes for a 30-minute video or so? If we try to export/save it, it shows the caption is still generating, so we need to wait right? I waited for a while, but it did not process, so just curious. Hope to get the answers! Thanks, and much appreciated!

Ok, but you can’t decide how many words do you want to appear in the screen, will be more convenient have an option where you can choose if you want to have 3,4,5 words at time

Is there a way to add captions to voice-overs only? I've been able to successfully use it for videos with audio but not with videos with a separate voice-over track. That would be hella helpful

@@omegamanGXE I've found a work around. You have to save a version of the video with the voice-over. Then create a new video adding the recently saved video to it and then it'll do captions. It's a pain if you want to edit something after you've saved it but it's the only solution I've found so far
@@Blewisarts this is what I've been doing too... it also lowers the end quality of the video unfortunately
@@jfireclimbing yeah I noticed that too. It may be something they didn't consider. So hopefully that'll address it with the next update 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Please make sure you have the latest version and also, the auto caption feature currently supports English only. We will support other languages in future updates.

Love this feature 🎉 so helpful! Will there be a way to align the subtitles differently? Like I would need to move the subtitles on different positions based on how the video is edited :) but when I move it, the entire subtitles would move that way

When I am trying to add the caption using this tool, it is sayin 'no audio in current timeline' . I have already added an audio recording to the video. What should i do?

@@madalinliviuvlog i just tried it myself. it is only using audio from recorded audio, where you have to speak into the phone or from audio that is in the videoclips. so if you arrange clips without audio, add or extract an audiotrack, then there is currently now way to add captions. this needs fixing asap! otherwise the caption feature is not very usable.
The feature of exporting the .srt file of the subtitle should be added. Because the .srt file is needed.
Will it convert Hindi audio to English caption?

The InShot App says these are "Closed Captions" (CC).
But they appear to be permanently burnt into the video file, and cannot be turned off in TH-cam - which would mean they are actually the opposite, and are in fact OPEN Captions.
Please can you clarify, or am I doing something wrong in TH-cam, where I seem to be unable to turn them OFF if I want to?

Seems like a great idea but holy smokes - do not use this feature until you are absolutely completed with your video. Otherwise you end up with hundreds of tiny little text boxes and they will go out of sync the moment you add any transitions or shift anything. Bit of a time nightmare guys😮

Hello! I need captions in 2 languages for my videos. I have used auto captions to generate them - great - but they overlay each other. So when I drag to reposition them, they all shift and I can not have caption in 1 language and a bit below - a caption in another language. What is the way around?

Est-ce possible pour les prochaines mises à jour d’ajouter un curseur qui suivrait les mots que l’on prononce un peu comme il se fait pour les applications « captions » et « subtiles magic ». Ils ne le proposent que pour les vidéos courtes ( principalement pour du format tiktok) mais pas pour des vidéos de plus d’une minute ( comme pour du format TH-cam avec de longues vidéos) . Et il me semble qu’aucune application ( à part des logiciels comme adobe) ne propose ce genre de sous-titres pour des vidéos longues ! Merci beaucoup en tout cas pour les sous titres ! Ils sont parfaits , j’ai même pas besoin de corriger !
