PAN and UAN server per kavi kavi technical issues hota hai jis bajese PAN kyc nahin ho pata hai jo ki temporary issue hai. Ap baad me firse try kare PAN kyc ho jayega.

The trailer is a part the structure of a PDF file. I'd think is your file is corrupt. Try to open in PDF Viewer programme whether the file is opening properly. Or else create a new PDF file and try to upload. Might be your problem will solve.

No you can not be allowed to get a code with your personal pan card. You must have your firm pan card.
