Octavio and Liz make an incredible combination. He makes a great base for her to launch off of. She goes so hard and has so much flare that if the bassier voice will get lost if they also don't have the same theatrical flare. Really wishing for an official cover ngl.
Octavio is definetly attaining the reputation that blue holomems are godly singers, he's got a bunch of amazing covers and archieved karaokes if you're interested in more.

Elizabeth's high pitched voice compliments well with Octavio's low voice. It even syncs perfectly! Imagine if they actually made a song collab. It will feel illegal to listen to it ngl
They were both good and presented different aspects of the song as the male and female singers, respectively. You can like her vocals better (I prefer Tavi) but some people from the hololive fandom need to learn to be less rude and dismissive of obviously talented Holostars.
I agree that Liz sounds amazing. She sounds like she just arrived straight out of Broadway! However we should not undermine Octavio's performance. He did excellent in his own way, and complements Liz's voice very well in this mashup.
