_sick 0 I really liked when the auditor saw Jeb was getting close to his building so he tried shooting him with that mini gun and jeb was dodging all the bullets
This song was so perfect for this episode. It so perfectly captures Jebus' mindset and feeling of "This shit's went too far, I am done with it, and everyone involved is about to go six feet under."
And at the same time the feeling of hopelessness due to Jesus not being able to attack the Auditor and being put on a timer due to the virus he was infected with.
Personally, MC 8 is one of my favourite episodes. It was refreshing seeing Jesus as protagonist and his intentions to bring back normality. And I thought the song was great
What I always loved about this episode; was the clear difference in how Hank and Jebus approach their goals. From the beginning, Jebus is sniping, and while we can't see him hit anyone, the assumption is he was firing to either alert or panic the guards, or hit anyone in range he can hit. Hank meanwhile would've just charged in and started stealthily, but then go full combat once he was spotted. Almost instantly; Jebus alerts everyone "I am f*cking done with this." Another aspect, is that Hank often tosses empty guns aside; and keeps picking up new ones as he goes; and while Jebus does this from time to time; He always keeps his Magnum Revolver, and his Bolt Action Rifle with him (He drops it after he kills the second Magnum Soldier, but he never drops his Revolver). And Unlike Hank, Jebus also brought spare ammo for his primary weapons. When he engages with the guards, his combat style starts off very tried and true, as he has in previous animations; with him simply engaging in honest gunplay, with hand to hand mixed in; usually letting his enemies try to attack first. However, once the Auditor activates the "Corrupt Jebus" part of the terminal, he begins to change. If you pay close attention; from that point onward, Jebus becomes much more unhinged. His fighting style begins to resemble a cross between Hank's more unorthodox and aggressive combat style, and Tricky's utter insanity and brutality. While still maintaining aspects of Jebus' own abilities and power. This probably makes Jebus the most unique protagonist of the Madness characters; because he's technically swapping mindsets on the fly; while we have no idea who or what the Auditor is even doing at this time.
i like that jeb prefers using his own weapons (probably because he has more experience or just because he likes that specific gun). that's unique among characters who usually bring one weapon and steal weapons when they lose the weapon or run out of ammunition.
@@oldaccount3215 My only complaint in that regard; is his most common weapon throughout the series was his sword; but in Episode 8; he only draws it at the end, and he never uses it.

I had this tune playing in my head for the entirety of Project Nexus Chapter 1.5. It really is the best tune for our favorite tormented telepathic anti-hero.
I don't think it'd really be a thing that'd fit for the main series. Maybe something like the Incident series, but not the main series. The reason I say it is because of this: Even if Tricky isn't permanently dead, or if Krinkels went back to do something like 4.5 or another short like Dissenter, I think a Tricky perspective episode would just be fanservice. Tricky's motives are purely just to cause chaos and to fight people. This is why Tricky stopped working for the AAHW when he got his own Improbability Drive; He didn't want to answer to anyone, he just wanted to look for people to fight, and once he got what he wanted from the AAHW, he jumped ship. The AAHW only wants Hank dead, while Tricky wants to fight people and would happily revive Hank over and over just to kill him time and time again. I don't think a Tricky episode would add anything to the main story, as he only wants to fight, while other characters have clear goals (Hank Sanford Deimos and 2BDamned are against the AAHW, Jebus wants to restore normality, Auditor wants to kill Hank and rule Nevada)
@@quackersencheese5081 I'm really hoping Tricky is gone for good, he's a fun character but he has rarely provided anything to the overall Madness Plot.
@@r.kratermoon1050 i just want to see the shooty shooty bang bang, i personally don't care about the plot, but i understand what you mean. he has done almost nothing but be chaotic and fight things, but currently, tricky is acting basically the closest you can call to a mascot.
A man who lost his friend, a man who saw how screwed up was the society, a man who loosed faith, a man who slowly started to loose himself, a man who was tired of seeing how the chaos started took control of everything, a man who decided to fight to bring back some peace to the place he once loved, a man who surely deserved better, that's why i like Jebus
This is the point in the series where lore deepens drastically, because jesus (aka jeb) is the protagonist and we find out what his purpose is and we are introduced to the auditor Best theme in madness no cap
One of the best episodes - if not THE best - and such an awesome tune. I loved the decision to use music by another artist (Arnold Geier) instead of Sean Hodges'. Sean has a very distinctive tone and style to his music, and since Hank was not the protagonist in this episode, it was great to separate the music as well.
I always considered this theme to be the Auditor’s theme rather than Jebus’s theme. It had that slow, cunning, conniving feel to it that fit the idea of a creepy shadow man with reality warping powers sitting at a computer and running an organization specified to kill one person. Plus, while Jebus is the one going on a rampage this episode, it’s the Auditor who kills Jebus and comes out on top in the end (even if he destroyed one of his Improbability Drives in the process. Seriously, who thinks to use a rocket launcher next to your device of unlimited power?).
I think I disagree since 10 encapsulates his power and the effect he has on the protagonist emotional states way more. This song sounds focused and tense, but not evil, its very simple and to the point (like Jebs fighting style)

But API was the perfect choice for this chapter, this one nails (Pun not intended) on the atmosphere of "Jeb is fucking pissed and is about to commit war crimes on nevada for the sake of it's security" just right.
the unintended pun is so subtle yet funny
The sight of the auditor give me nostalgic chills

I had this tune playing in my head for the entirety of Project Nexus Chapter 1.5. It really is the best tune for our favorite tormented telepathic anti-hero.
Telekinetic is the word. But yes.
When Jesus breaks into your facility and kills your staff so you need a minigun to stop him, but then he blows up your computer:
Jebus: NOOOOOO!!! You can't just NOT follow the laws of the universe!
Tricky: haha fuck physics machine go BRRRRRRRRR
I’d love to see a Tricky perspective. Not because he’s in fnf it’s because we’ve got everyone except him and Auditor. And jebus’ was fucking epic
What would his perspective even be?, the only reason he's still around is Just so that he could torment hank
@@square_i7380 He is basically the auditors version of an Eversor assassin.
It's all fun and games until someone begins playing this in a church.

Yes
A man who lost his friend, a man who saw how screwed up was the society, a man who loosed faith, a man who slowly started to loose himself, a man who was tired of seeing how the chaos started took control of everything, a man who decided to fight to bring back some peace to the place he once loved, a man who surely deserved better, that's why i like Jebus

@@WillfredoDammendSS Ah, sorry, "Jeb"

This is the point in the series where lore deepens drastically, because jesus (aka jeb) is the protagonist and we find out what his purpose is and we are introduced to the auditor
Best theme in madness no cap
One of the best episodes - if not THE best - and such an awesome tune. I loved the decision to use music by another artist (Arnold Geier) instead of Sean Hodges'. Sean has a very distinctive tone and style to his music, and since Hank was not the protagonist in this episode, it was great to separate the music as well.
This song, in all its glory, is one of the reasons why Jebediah H. Christoff is my favorite character from Madness Combat.
this is the theme that plays when you are scrolling through a twitter drama
Thus is true
Easily the best track in the whole series 🔥🔥🔥
“And then there were none”
This is the right song for an apocalypse.
This song sounds so good in the higher-quality audio
years and years have past and it's still the only mc song not on Spotify yet
Bible 2: Main theme
I always considered this theme to be the Auditor’s theme rather than Jebus’s theme. It had that slow, cunning, conniving feel to it that fit the idea of a creepy shadow man with reality warping powers sitting at a computer and running an organization specified to kill one person. Plus, while Jebus is the one going on a rampage this episode, it’s the Auditor who kills Jebus and comes out on top in the end (even if he destroyed one of his Improbability Drives in the process. Seriously, who thinks to use a rocket launcher next to your device of unlimited power?).
Auditor, apparently.
Honestly this song sounds way too EVIL to truly be a Jebus theme. It suits Auditor so much more.
I think I disagree since 10 encapsulates his power and the effect he has on the protagonist emotional states way more. This song sounds focused and tense, but not evil, its very simple and to the point (like Jebs fighting style)
honestly i think this theme fits both
