The Effax leder balsm is my all time favorite! 😍 I use it on EVERYTHING. I like using it on the inside of my tall boots to help break them in. 👍 I've never tried the Effax Combi, I may have to go pick some up now. My current favorite leather cleaner is by Clear View Farm, it's gentle but effective and smells amazing! 😍
You've read my mind again or my Google searches LOL. I was up all night looking for leather cleaners and conditioners until I gave up then today up pops your video 😄 Thank you!
Wow, so many different products to try! I've always been pretty old fashioned with glycerine soap and neatsfoot oil, but I may have to try some of these!
Also before I forget I was wondering if u maybe could do a “haul” from tractor supply kinda like u do from dollar tree since Ik there’s not a Dover near me else I drive over an hour and a tractor supply is 10 mins but if not it’s ok
I have a western saddle but the finders are so stiff from sitting for so long it was my uncles saddle before he passed and I’ve tying them Up and I can’t find anything to work and also the leather cleaner/conditioner from the dollar tree works amazing I’m surprised I haven’t seen it in a video yet haha
Hi! I just watched one of your other videos. I’m picking up a great saddle, but it’s a little dried out from being stored uncovered and it wasn’t cleaned before storing. I’ve always used Leather New but based on some of your suggestions, I am grabbing hydrophane, effax combi, and effax balm. What order should I use these in?
@@BudgetEquestrian ya it is, it cleans and conditions all at once, saves time lol. I like to every once in a while use saddle soap anyway just to do a more deep clean but the horsesman's one step is a quick and easy clean. It comes in a small tub container

Effax is the Best!

Extra virgin olive oil is the ultimate leather conditioner - it doesn’t rot the stitches and leather loves it. Just a nice, cheap trick!

Can I ask what type of saddle with the adjustable gullet?
Have you ever tried horsesman's one step? I think it is made by Absorbine or maybe Farnam? Cleaner and conditioner in one cream.
I have not tried that before, is it good?

It works well. I used it on a white lined bridle and it didn't stain, so if you have leather you don't want to darken it would be a good choice.
I used before the Effax balsam. It is good but the effax is better
do you have any cheap affordable products that would help stop my saddle from squeaking?
simply clean and condition it… oil it frequently, especially in the squeaking spots!
Do you have all of these products in your blog?
not yet....but I will!
It is sadly spots is want I use
