it reminds me my childhood days.. when my mother servers these kind of delicious food to our family... But now lifestyle totally change .. these is no time even to take food along with family... That's very redicilous ... i really miss past time nd waan go .. 10 year back🥺
We also eat nettle leaves in Darjeeling ❤but you need to wash your leaves 3 to 4 times before cooking

dry red chillies (with stalks) preserves the flavor & add extra taste 👌 and so are the clay ovens, wood fire… but do you not not wash the greens prior cooking.. 🤔
Exactly i thought the same , first i thought they will boil and throw the water but when they added spices to the boiling water i realised they don't wash or clean the greens 😶😶😶
